Guys, I am not a big complainer. I think of myself as rather patient. But, I just can't take it anymore.I haven't had one successfull flight yet and I have taken RC 4 out of hte barn at least 15 freak'n times.Out of 15 or so times, I can legitimatly see whereas I can say it was my fault three times. Each time, I was being rushed or whatever and (GASP) I had to four X'it. OK, I will let you slide on these three times that the controler just freak'n couldn't keep up. Now, I have had a real frustrating morning with a problem that keeps creeping up my crawl! I was already having a tough, tough time with the Level D IRS align and after I got that settled, I had to restart my simulator FIVE TIMES because RC V4 couldn't make FSUIPC change some number. Then when I did get RC V4 to work I filed and did the cnc del deal and then moved on over to ground for p/b/startup, then to ground for taxi. WINDS CHANGED, I hate that as much as anybody, but the rest of the freak'n AI was going off of 26R instead of 8L at LFPG. It was 8L just an hour ago when I started this misreable day. Now, I ask for a rwy change and it brings up the menue to change which misreable runway. When I select "next page", RC V4 locks up just as tight as a beer drum out of Germany! Now, out of the remaining 12 or so failed flights with RC V5 this locked up, can't punch my keyboard hard enough, mess has failed RC V5 almost the reeeessstttt of the time. And, to exasterbate (I like that word, don't know why) the whole problem, you can't go BACK to FS9 AI traffic if RC V4 fails! Oh no! I am stuck in the silence of the night! 0 for 15? that's not good.4x is pushing it, it's hard to keep everything straight at that speeddepending on the weather program you're using, you can tell it not to change the departure weather, once it's started. that will at least keep the ai taking off in the right direction.requesting different runways work, trust me. maybe the 8 or 9 or 0 keys are being used by something else, and i never see you hitting them. you can change those keys on the rc keyboard screenif you're pushing buttons and nothing is happening, i'm not seeing the keystrokes.if you can duplicate the problem, do thislaunch rcv4.execlick debugload your .plnclick start rcfly the flight duplicate the problemquit rczip up the .log file and send it to [email protected], with an explanation of the problem. what keys you hit, what didn't work, etc.jd

Nope, I was so ticked at Simwings LFPG after all of that I took off from LOWW and went to freak'n Nordic country.
