Hi,I have installed v4.01 ok but I am having a problem installing v4.2When I run the .exe I get the following message: "d:Program Filesrcv4rcv3.dat not found. cannot continue"Any ideas what I am doing wrong?CheersAndy S

Just place the v4.2.exe file in the main RC folder (probably "c:program filesrcv4") which will replace the v4.01 file. The upgrade is a replacement executable file not an install file. Run RC and all will be found.Ken.

I just realised that I had two rcv4 files in one folder that must have been the problem. Followed your suggestion above which works but after I have pasted the activation key in that screen just goes blank then quites to the desktop. When I then try to run rcv4 it just goes back to the activation screen! Any idea what the matter is this time?Andy S
