July 15, 200718 yr Guys, my RC4 is on the Client computer. I paused and saved the flight in FS9 UI as requested but the program did not creae the *.rcd file as per the tutorial? Any ideas? Thanks.
July 15, 200718 yr Moderator Hi Kirk,Check in RC key assignments that CRTL+SHIFT+semi-colon is assigned to saving flights.Assuming it is then don't pause FS before saving and it should be fine. You should get confirmation in AdvDisp/ShowText that a flight has been saved. And without insulting your intelligence you did press the keys on the FS PC didn't you? ;-)Cheers, Ray (Cheshire, England). July 15, 200718 yr Author No, not a single *.rcd file created. When I hit CTRL+SHIFT+; I can see in the ShowText window that FLT files are being saved, for example:209-70275-v4 2 KBNA-KMEM-3$2.FLT209-70229-v4 2 KBNA-KMEM-3$1.FLT But not a single RCD file? Please help.Thanks.PS: I confirm, flt and wx files are created but not the *.rcd file. What's wrong?
July 15, 200718 yr Commercial Member did you click on the .flt/.wx button, and tell rc where the .flt/.wx directory is? JD Read my blog
