If anyone is using the Wilco Publishing addon such as Airbus Volume 1 with Radar Contact, please advise on any tricks to get Radar Contact to run. It loads and installs fine but when I start pressing keys to execute ATC commands, nothing happens. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!- Kareem

I use it with Feelthere EMB 145 with no issues.Perhaps there are key combinations that conflict? You can't blame RC for not working if a vendor has hard coded the same keypresses for an internal plane function.Read the docs with your aircraft and make sure there are no conflicts with the default RC keys. If there are simply change RC's key strokes.

In general, when using keys for RC commands make sure the FS window has focus if on the same computer. It will not work if the RC window has focus.To insure the FS window has focus click anywhere on the main cockpit view.As already stated, if there is a key assignment conflict, use the RC settings tab for the keyboard to select non-conflicting key assignments for the RC menu and functions.

it's just keys 1 - 5. I think FSX uses those keys for throttle, right?Is this the conflict? So, I tried to add Control and Shift to those keys in the 'keyboard' section of RC. But to no avail. It seemed to work in Wilco 737 PIC. And then I go into aircraft to switch to Airbus 319 and those keys won't work.

you aren't using the numeric keypad are you? you have to use the numbers across the top of the keyboardthe keys have to be pressed on the fs machine's keyboardjd

I'm not using the numeric keypad. I'm using the ones situated across top of kyboard.
