After welcoming almost 1,700 pilots and flight simmers to Orlando in 2019, FlightSimExpo returns to its Las Vegas roots in June. The third annual FlightSimExpo will take place at Tropicana Las Vegas on June 12-14, 2020. Attendees and exhibitors: look for registration information later this year.

LAS VEGAS – August 5, 2019 – The third annual FlightSimExpo will take place at Tropicana Las Vegas on June 12-14, 2020! It follows a successful 2019 event that featured more than 60 exhibitors and welcomed 1,648 attendees.

“We are once again excited to bring FlightSimExpo back to Las Vegas, and to the city voted on by the community,” says Phil Coyle, co-founder of FlightSimExpo. “We used social media, surveys, and email conversations with developers over the past several months to pick the date and location that the community wanted most.”

FlightSimExpo 2020 will be held at Tropicana Las Vegas – a DoubleTree by Hilton, and a fixture of the Las Vegas strip. Centrally located, the hotel and casino offers an award-winning pool, spa, fitness center, and much more. The FlightSimExpo rate offers hotel rooms at Tropicana for an average of $150 per night over a three-night stay, including all taxes and resort fees. This rate includes free parking, WiFi for up to 5 devices, 2 bottles of Tropicana water, 2 for 1 show tickets, 2 for 1 cocktails, and more!

FlightSimExpo’s conference and tradeshow will be held all day on Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14. In addition, an add-on series of seminars called Captains’ Corner will take place on the afternoon of Friday, June 12 (there is no tradeshow floor access on June 12). A detailed event schedule will be released as the event approaches.

“Vegas was a great venue for the inaugural FlightSimExpo, and we look forward to returning there in 2020,” says Evan Reiter, co-founder. “Attendees from the west coast kick started FlightSimExpo in 2018. For those who couldn’t join us in Orlando: we look forward to seeing you again! And for those who attended both, we think you’ll love the Tropicana this year.”

As a world-class destination with low airfares, easy transportation, and endless activities and attractions for families, Las Vegas offers a unique, inspiring backdrop for FlightSimExpo 2020. Over the next few months, conference staff and volunteers will be working with airlines, transportation companies, and local attractions to arrange special discounts for attendees.

Registration begins in December. Rates are the same as in 2019: a limited number of $50 tickets, followed by $70 all-weekend registrations. FlightSimExpo encourages attendees to sign up for mailing list
to receive an email when tickets become available.

The event has published high definition video of all 2019 Saturday and Sunday seminars at www.youtube.com/flightsimexpo[/url Photos and event updates are also available on and .

“We look forward to welcoming the flight simulation community back to Las Vegas this June,” says Phil.
