I am trying the xplane demo to see what it is all about.Been FSXing forever.I ran the demo with default settings and very jerky etc.My computer is i7-4770k 3.5ghz,8 gb ram,Invidia GTX 770 card.Is this good enough to run Xplane?Runs FSX fairly smoothly.Thanks,Ron

Just installed latest upgrade to my Track IR and now it says no device detected.Tried rebooting etc .No luck.Sent same to NaturalPoint but being him holiday probably will not get quick response.Hope it is something simple?Thanks,Ron

I have FTX Traffic and the updated libraries.Not sure about deleting the default traffic bgls.I do have dupe entries in dll.xml files pertainig to FTX Orbx Objectflow CBB7,CEN4 I have a traffic disabled.bgl for FTX AI in scenery\world\scenery.

So I need to insert the AIDupe in between the Launch Orbx objectflow(which I have) and the SimBase Document,Right.I am trying that now.Thanks That did it! Now I will see if it eliminates the dupes.Thank you very very much.I have more enjoyment installing and solving problems than actually flying sometimes.Ron

Did what it said.Now everything is screwed up.Copied those lines to modules dll.xml file in text mode and saved it.Lost all my FSUIPC stuff and everything.Copied my last saved modules file backup and did not help.HELP!

Thank you,not the one it was a long time ago but it should work.Cannot figure out how to add it to the xml file. Think you I think I got it.Stay tuned.

I have duplicate GA AI traffic.Checked my world scenery\scenery and do not see anything strange.Commercial traffic OK.Have FTX ga traffic installed.There used to be a program to delete dupe AI traffic.I am old guy been doing this a long time but take summers off (in Illinois to golf after work,I walk and need the exercise!) so takes me awhile to catch up on flight sim stuff in basement for winter .Thanks for any help.Ron

Whatever happened to Jeffa?

There is some new freeware scenery out at several sites by Milan SMID that is autogen for Ireland photoreal scenery.It makes the photoreal look better.When I use photoreal Florida etc I use default scenery til I get to 2000' then switch to photoreal.This works almost as well at low level and better at high level.Just my humble "old man" tidbit for you gurus.I just added the texture folder to my Photoreal scenery folder and it looks good to me.Ron

Download mgr is difficult for me.Sometimes runs smoothly other times it is difficult to get it going.Right now I am downloading REX something and slow but also dmg gas resume download in "no". Hoping it works.

I am looking at REX 4 - Texture Direct HD SP6 This seems to have ground textures.
