  1. I am tired of reporting, but the non-interpolated stations are always right. These are ETHL and ETNJ.ETIE and ETID (interpolated stations)are not so bad as ETHT, but not fully correct.ETID shows wind from SE and nearby EDDF from NE. And NE is according to NOAA data.I started to disable these station in the options. Seems the only way to get proper data.If you have FSBuild you can easily find stations with improper data:ESSA-EPWA@FL300 (winds north but never south today): EPSK = wrong! And surprise it is an interpolated station.
  2. There are some airfields in Germany not longer used by Army.Found ETGW and ETIN which are providing wrong winds aloft and are marked with a Z.ETHT airfield is out of service since 2003! EDCD is just in the same city and exist since 1995 as civil airport.ETGW (Google doesn´t help much ;-)) out of service for about 20 years!ETIN closed too.I think we cannot expect correct data from closed airfields.
  3. Is it possible that there is a problem with ETHT because the ICAO Code is outdated?EDCD is the correct one!
  4. Then you really have to check your sources.Btw there are so many stations in Germany, that I cannot believe that they can all provide actual data for winds aloft.
  5. Thanks Devin, that is my question too. And why does that problem only (or in most cases) appear, if the wind is coming from the north.
  6. Sorry, but if you really think, ETHT matches with real life data, you have not looked at my screens. All non-interpolated stations are very fine.
  7. After you repaired the data sync problem it worked for some days. Maybe you can do this again.Unable to fly online with this:W189/94@FL300!There should be a little wind from north. Please repair this in the next to weeks. Or I have to cancel my slot at Cross the Pond. One of the biggest events at Vatsim.
  8. Ok, but please explain to me where that damned 180° wrong wind comes along. It can´t come from actual data because then it would show northern wind.
  9. I was flying at FL240. I selected the 4 non-interpolated station in the ID field and they were all showing wind from NE @FL240. That is the correct wind aloft. I always dont talk about METAR. Winds ALOFT!
  10. What do you need to solve this problem? You cant say everything is ok on your side. Flying today with a friend and he had exactly the same wrong wind.Look at this interpolated station:ALL (all) 4 non-interpolated stations are showing the correct wind from the north!!Just make a flight in this area and see it for yourself.
  11. After a few days without flights, today the problem as described is back. :(
  12. Thanks for the update. It runs really well now.But 10 month after my first topic is a little long time for that.
  13. I think ASE can calculate. Because the problem is a new one and it worked really well for a time.I think its something with the servers. If I refresh the weather sometimes it works, sometimes not. What I cannot accept is that HifiSim is always looking for the problem at the user.Thay should say, we are sorry about the problems and try our best to solve it. That is not happening.
  14. I hope you are working on it. Because it can run well. But now it is really a nightmare to fly online with other pilots using AS6.5. Groundspeeds can bei 100kts different with same airspeed.
  15. Well, I tried to find out what is going wrong. So I started ASE quite often. Sometimes it worked sometimes not.I can´t see any differences in my system. Before flying I always make a windows restart.Today the first attempt went wrong. Weather was loaded from secondary server.I closed ASE and started again. Weather was loaded from primary server. Hey, everything is correct with the interpolated stations.Just an idea...
  16. I show it again:Very correct stations:Not far away interpolated stations with some problems:
  17. Can´t remember a 000 Wind. There is obviously something wrong with the virtual stations. 4 non virtual stations providing wind from north and the one virtual station taking data from those 4 shows southerly winds.I was so happy that the problem was gone for 3 weeks.
  18. What a pity. Problem back at the last 3 days. Winds at those interpolated stations coming 180 degree wrong. Southerly winds over Norway and Denmark does not fit to real world data. As always non interpolated stations make it right.
  19. Just to give a positive feedback.Today I flew from EGLL to KBOS and from EDDH to EGLL.Winds were steady from the direction according to the charts. I changed nothing and hopefully it stays like this.
  20. Thanks for the file. I made a reinstall but unfortuneatly the problems is still alive. No problems with the blue stations, but that purple stations provide unrealistic upper winds and in many cases totally different from the blue stations.Maybe a software expert could check this please over Germany with FSX. There are many of these purple stations.
  21. No Christmas present for me, problems still alive. Can´t believe that nobody else has the same problems.Maybe I should reinstall. Is it possible to get one installer for ASE?I updated from AS6.5 over ASX and so on...
  22. Of course wind is changing a bit.But it is obvious wrong that wind in FL340 in LOLW is 158@42 and in all other stations around 022@40.And other interpolated stations make it wrong too.In Germany there are many, many interpolated stations. No problem if flying through Greece. It all works fine.
