Please read post #7. I enter the arrival in the FMC but there are many waypoints on that transition which are not in the procedure. So I am unable to select the waypoints from the existing list.

Any waypoints on the transition. Chart see above. Eg waypoints DM427 DM456 @ EDDM. Or at EDDF: DF412 DF615.

Can please anyone from PMDG check? I don´t like to say unable with this bird to ATC on Vatsim on common procedures. For me it is a bug.

I think it is very common to get cleared by ATC to a waypoint on a transition. And these points are in the database.

I tried to enter a waypoint like DF413 or DM424 in my FMC. I get a message "Invalid Entry". Any ideas? Some other folks have that problem too. If a waypoint like this is in the STAR procedure the FMC does accept it.

After a new start it worked again. But I was unable to get the newest weather with the refresh button. :wacko:

New day, new try. Is it just me? EDDH winds aloft from northern directions but actually there should be wind from south according to weather charts.

Today I made a flight from KATL to KDCA together with a friend with ASE. I have AS2012 Build 4726. Our winds aloft were very different. He had up to 100 and I had only up to 40 kts. Just checked a flight from DEN to IAD were winds aloft should be about 100 AS2012 gives me just 60. I am using DWC.

I wanted to make a nice CatIII App into ENGM according to real metar:ENGM 021142Z 16005KT 120V190 0650 0450S R19R/P2000D R01R/0750N FG FEW002 SCT004 BKN006 01/01 Q0990But I get this one with AS2012:ENGM 021137Z 17003KT 100V180 2625 BR OVC002 FEW470 02/00 Q986 RMK ADVANCED INTERPOLATION Visibility was quite good.

Is it possible just to use the weather engine? I am not so interested to install tons of textures on my small SSD.Or is there no great advantage from ASE to AS2012 just looking into the weather?

No, I don´t use that feature.Today was the same during descent into EDDW. I think you can try whereever strong winds are.

I am using B649 which solved my simconnect error.

I have a repeating problem with the wind during descent. It is now autumn in Europe and there are strong winds. I flew ENVA-ENGM, ESMS-ESSA and EKCH-EDDH. Upper winds about 60-100kts and still about 30kts or more @FL100.About 40-50NM to destination passing ~FL200-FL150 the winds are constant about 40kts there was always a sudden wind shift to less than 10kts. Reloading the weather took it back to normal strong winds.DWC is on and I have the latest release for my FSX.

I did that. But how can I send two attachments? I put them in one doc. I recognize the problem that FSX is showing no more winds. It is zero. Sometimes the winds come back.

Maybe I have a similar problem. I use avira-antivir. I will try with and without.At the destination (EGCC) seems to be another problem. I refreshed the weather and then it worked.

Looks really good now. I updated the data stations and I don´t have KQOF or KQCY anymore. Maybe it helped.I had a very nice flight yesterday from EDDM to KCVG at Vatsim Cross the Pond. Winds were all realistic according to the charts.

Just an idea: Is it possible that military station like EGVA and EGDL have no wind updates at weekend?I will check that stations again on monday.

Can someone crosscheck EGVA?It is a non interpolated station but the NO winds looks not like real at 1011Z.
