  1. Ghiom, you are not the only one who has this problem. I'm exactly in the same situation as you. I posted it in a OOM related thread several days ago and nobody answered.http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho..._id=45975&page= We both have the same problem but I guess that nobody knows how to fix it. Good luckGuillem
  2. I'm trying 3Gb patch and patched fs9.exe to fix OOM problem. Now The OOM error is fixed, but every few minutes I loose the textures of almost every aircraft (AI and user ones), then the screen freezes and comes to a 'slideshow' making the plane unflyable. I hit the pause key and wait several minutes until all the textures are loaded, then I can fly normally for few minutes again. This is so annoying that I dissabled 3Gb patch. Now I can only make short flights to avoid OOM error, but the frames and texture loading are OK.My system:Intel Core 2 2.66 GHzNVIDIA GeForce 7950 GX22 monitors (21'' and 19'')2 HD 500Gb each in RAID 0XP Home edition service pack 2fs9 + GE Pro + ASv6 + UT Europe + FsNavigator + FsPassengersI tried some 'userva' values in boot.ini but no change in results.Guille

I think you have a wrong AFCAD file. Probably you didn't delete the AFCAD file of the addon scenery and now you are using it with the default scenery. Check it with Lee Swordy's AFCAD program.Good luckGuille

  5. >Funny thing that I found out...this problem seems to appear>only if I load previously saved flight. >If I create new flight from untowered airport to towered>airport I don't get CTD or error report and everything works>just fine!!!>>Since I usually fly GA I created my own system of flying...I>don't create new flight everytime but always load previously>saved flight and then I create new flight plan and continue>where I stopped last time! As I already wrote everything works>fine this way but if I previously landed to nontowered airpot>and then choose to fly to towered airport I get CTD after>landing and just before contacting ground.>Well, you found the fix, or to be more exact the way to avoid the problem. Like you, I always started my flights from the previous arrival in a saved flight. But now I always create a new flight. It's a pity to loose this feature of FS but finally I can complete my flights from gate/parking to gate/parking without that frustrating crash. It is very important for me because I always use the great addon FsPassengers, and the flights must end at a gate/parking to evaluate and log them.A lot of thanks and best regardsGuille
  6. I have the same problem since several months ago and I couldn't find the fix yet. The only difference is I have not a CTD but a black screen and error message window. Is your destination airport or surrounding area standard scenery, or addon? I think this problem could be scenery or AFCAD, or maybe voice pack files related.CheersGuille
