Had the same issue. I ended up buying via the web site, after restarting the iniManager the plane showed up as purchased and I’m able to install via the app.

I strongly recommend FS Flight Keeper. It does several other things than just logging flights. Check out AVSIM's review of version 2. The current version is 3 and has full support for FSX. Some more screenshots here: screenshots.I've been using a variant of this software since 2005. Quite fun to display the paths from all my flights on the world map at once:-)- Karl

I am running Radar Contact 4 in XP64 without any problems.Of the FS addons I have, it is just RealityXP's Garmin GNS 430XP and 530XP that do not work. That is beacuse they use a 16bit application. XP64 only alows 32 & 64 bit applications to run.
