  1. Bryan, thanks for the 1.2 update. I have made several flights with version 1.2, and since the update I no longer can hear the flight attendant (safety briefing, cruise message, etc.). I heard her announcements in the original release and after the first update, but I lost her afer version 1.2. I tried reinstalling a few times (including an uninstall and reinstall) but I still cant hear the FA. I have the CAB button turned up and I have the latest update for the NGX. Any ideas? I noticed a few others had this problem too.

  2. Thanks guys. I will try the comm radio freq fix and report back. I have been using the "Short" panel state, and I noticed at least one other user with the FO "flaps up" problem said they were also usinig the "Short" panel state. You said this version was designed with the "Long" panel state, so I think I will also switch to that.As for the contacting the ground crew problem, I am pretty sure that I have it configued properly (it worked on a few previous flights). I think this is tied to the FO "flaps up" problem. Thanks again for your help.

  3. After I installed FS2Crew for the 737NGX, I successfully completed a few flights. The only issue I had was a minor one with the engine start levers. Even though the levers are always in the correct position (cutoff), when I run the preflight checklist and respond that the levers are in cutoff the FO always said "Are you sure?"Now I have another more significant problem. I can progress thru a flight with no problems, until I reach the point of contacting the ground crew for pushback. At this point, "S. Crew/Eng Start" is displayed in the status window and I have the service interphone and audio control panel properly configured per the manual. When I say "Cockpit to Ground" those words show in the green display, but instead of the ground crew I get the FO saying "Flaps Up." At this point it doesnt matter what I say, the only response is the FO saying "Flaps Up" over and over. This problem has effectively ended my enjoyment of FS2Crew for the 737NGX. I noticed a few others were having a similar problem, hopefully Bryan can figure this one out.

  4. First off I want to say that I own almost all of your products, and this one is by far the best. You really "hit it out of the park" with this version Bryan.I have made a few flights, and I noticed an issue with the engine start levers. Even though the levers are in the correct position (cutoff), when I run the preflight checklist and respond that the levers are in cutoff the FO always says "Are you sure?" I always start with the NGX Short Panel State and the engine start levers are always in cutoff for that panel state. That's the only thing I have seen so far. Thanks for an excellent addition to the PMDG 737 NGX!!

  5. I have been using Air Hauler for awhile and I really enjoy it. To answer your question, no, you are not "stuck" having any planes in your fleet. You are free to sell any plane you own at any time. Then you can use that money to help finance the purchace of any other plane you want. I dont have FSP so I cant compare it to AH. I suggest you post any questions you have about AH in thier dedicated forum:http://forum.justflight.com/forum_topics.asp?FID=33. Gary

  6. OK Bryan, I am finally taking a break from flying the J41 to tell you how much I have been enjoying it with your latest edition of FS2Crew. You really outdid yourself on this one, it is simply outstanding. I may never fly another plane in FSX (well, at least not until the 737NG comes out). I did have one very minor problem that I haven't seen anyone else comment on. I am using W7 with a headset. My normal preflight routine goes like this:1. Start FSX (with speakers selected as the default device in the W7 audio control panel).2. Launch the J41.3. Go back to the W7 audio control panel and change the default device to my headset.4. Launch Radar Contact 4.5. Start FS2Crew.When I do this, most of the time all of the FS2Crewvoices (FO, FA, GA) come thru the headset. But on some flights the FA and GA voices will come thru my speakers. I think this is how you designed it, and when it works it sounds very realistic. I wish I could figure out how to make it work that way on every flight. FWIW, my sound device settings in FSX are always set to Sounds=speakers and Voice=headset. Is there a set of steps you can recommend to have the FA and GA voices always come thru my speakers?

  7. Super job on the Colgan Air repaint Jim!!!! Thank you very much!! I will definitely take her for a spin tonight. I can't beleive how quickly you are able to produce these excellent J41 repaints. I worked on one once all day and it still looked like $%&$^@.......Thanks again.Gary Merka

  8. Tom, it depends on your OS. For Vista, I open Task Manager, click on the "Services" tab, and then click on the "Services" button in the lower right. That brings up a list showing the status of all your services. Make sure that the FLEXnet Licensing Service is started and the Startup Type is set to Automatic. Even though I have it set to Automatic Startup, my FLEXnet Licensing Service will sometimes decide to quit running for some reason. Simply restarting it and then restarting FSX and the J41 always resolves the activation code problem for me.
