Apologies for my stupid post on the 8th with regard to the Yoko+ . Don't know what I was thinking, writing about a yoke when the question was about a throttle. I also have a VF TQ6 and its pretty good, but its still a bit expensive.

My watch was so big, I had to stop wearing it, I got sick and tired of having to trim the aircraft every time I went flying ! 😏

Your flight levels should be EVEN thousands to FL 280 then FL 300, FL 320 etc etc

Never understood the design philosophy with regard to the ASI. It doesn't lend itself to an instant recognition of your actual speed, at least it doesn't to my eyes.

Have actually had the use of the RFDS, when I was flown from an iron ore mining town in North Western Australia down to Perth, a trip of about 980 km. A really great service to isolated places in the outback.

I know this is not the real answer, but if you have FSUIPC, it has a feature which creates an everlasting battery. That might help, and I think that feature is also in the free version. Cheers

I know that this subject is a bit old, but I am having the same problem. Just bought the Premier !A for P3D v4. Nav data will not update, just sits there like a stale bottle of you no what. There are no click sounds for the switches, and both bottom sides of the cockpit is see through, that is, you can see the ground. Am not impressed, as I was really looking forward to flying this model. Have only ever bought one Carenado model before, but had to return it as it was unflyable. Hope this is not another lemon, and if it is, I will never by another Carenado plane again. Forgot to say that the throttles wont go to cut off either.

It wasn't a full flight movie, but in the film Capricorn One, there is a fantastic flying sequence, with Telly Savalas as a crop duster pilot flying a Stearman Kaydet. He is being chased by a helicopter with the hero hanging onto a wing.
