I have both the base pack and addon in FSX and have been using them since purchase in 2014. Today I went to fly and got the message that the base pack is not activated. I followed the instructions to activate and it will not accept the activation key I was sent by them when I purchased the product, I get anerror message and it reverts back to asking for the activation code. The error says ERROR: flxActCommonRepairLocalTrustedStorage-(50044,71013,1) Anyone help please? Thanks

Configured FSUIPC flaps and it now works as advertised. Strange thing. Thanks guys. Regards Lee

I'll check OAT, but don't use FSUIPC for flap, as far as I know it's not configured. How would I correct either of those problems please Kyle? Thanks and regards Lee

LNAV and VNAV SPD for sure and I'll check later for the other. I think I may have more problems than that, though, as I said, even with all the autopilot functions off, throttles to the firewall and a 45 degree dive, still not more than 200 kts.

On tutorial 2, it says that at 3000 feet the aeroplane will pitch over, accelerate and then continue climb. Can't get it to do either, even with autopilot off and throttles bent against the stops in a 45 degree dive it won't accelerate beyond 200 kts, and indeed has been seen to decelerate!!! Nothing will induce it to go faster and of course without a bit of speed it can't climb. Please advise what I'm doing wrong. As far as I can tell, I have followed the tutorial exactly. Thanks Lee

Hi Folks. I have the C90B with the SP1 already installed. My problem is that I have yet to complete a flight because, invariably, in the descent to destination when flipping from one view (doesn't matter which) back to VC viw the simulation freezes and eventually I get the "Flightsim has encountered a problem and needs to close" message followed by it closing down. This is the only aircraft it does this on, none of the other default aircraft or third party addons do this. As an aside, I don't think it's anywhere near as good as Aeroworx' offering of the Be200 for FS2004, for what it's worth. Anyone got a similar problem and how was it fixed please. I've asked Carenado and their first fix made it worse (crashed as soon as in the air) and the second one put it back to where we started, crashing in the descent. This is really annoying, it wasn't cheap and I feel as though I've wasted my money. thanks and regards Lee

Done that, Carenado have suggested a couple of things. One made it worse and the next fix put it back to where it was originally. Beginning to wish I hadn't wasted my money. In my opinion, it's nowhere near as good as Aeroworx Be200 for FS2004. Lee

Hi Folks. I have yet to finish a flight on my new Carenado Beechcraft C90B because it has always crashed FSX. This always happens when changing from a 2D panel view back to VC view. The latest episode was in the descent a few miles from destination when I changed from autopilot panel view, back to VC. I have done five or six flights so far (apart from the one or two quick hops around an airfield to play with it!). I have the version with SP1 already applied. Any ideas please? Thanks Lee

Please can anyone tell me where I can get a copy of Joshua Broadwater's patch "patch_177161.zip" to incorprate the excellent foxtrot sierra KBWI into the Megascenery pack?It's one of the ones that comes up "OOPS" on the AVSIM library and I can't find it anywhere else.I really would like to find this because the airports in this package seem to be the default ones and when combining KBWI without the patch there are bits and bobs sticking up all over the place.If anyone has it, would you please be kind enough to send it to me?ThanksRgdsLee

I've noticed that since I have installed the PMDG Voice version, the only thrust indications on the engine display that I get are"G/A" "Cont" and CRZ".Prior to this the sequence went "TO/GA" then "CLMB" then "CRZ" which is what I would expect after a normal departure.Please can anyone advise what I've done wrong or what I've missed in the manual (I HAVE looked again).ThanksRgdsLee

I have the PMDG voce version.When I open the config manager, there is no 600 or 900 version there and when I press the add aircraft button nothing happens except I seem to be expected to select one of the aircraft already there.Please advise.ThanksRgdsLee

I had to uninstall my Project canarias scenery.Since I have downloaded it again from AVSIM, it seems to have downloaded corruptly, twice, and when it gets to the install I get various different messages, all of which say things to the effect that it's not going to work and shuts down the installer. That's after it's unzipped the three packages into the singlw installer.Any ideas or anyone know where I can get a good copy to try?thanksLee

Is it just me, or are there no 2D panels in any of the aircraft in the FSX acceleration pack?There are none to be seen, I can't find any in any of the folders, I've tried everything including black magic, white magic, chanting, dances.....the list just goes on.ANy advice would be appreciated.ThanksLee :
