Product not initialised, won't accept code given on purchase.

Featured Replies

I have both the base pack and addon in FSX and have been using them since purchase in 2014.

Today I went to fly and got the message that the base pack is not activated.

I followed the instructions to activate and it will not accept the activation key I was sent by them when I purchased the product, I get anerror message and it reverts back to asking for the activation code.

The error says

ERROR: flxActCommonRepairLocalTrustedStorage-(50044,71013,1)

Anyone help please?

Thanks

Sounds like  the Flexnet Licensing Services  has  stopped  for  some  reason,  you need  to check if  its  still running  or  some thing  could  have  stopped  it  from running.

You need  to  sign  your  full name  to your  post  as per  the forum rules  other wise  you might find  your  post being  deleted

Problems such as this need to go directly to the official support area, linked in my signature. You're probably missing some visual studio runtimes that we can link you to there.

Bit the bullet and just uninstalled then reinstalled. That seemed to fix it, thanks.
