Hello; I am try ing to fly the PMDG tuorial flight 2 in Tim Metzingers Tutoral and I am doing fine until I set the FMC to the 09ILS landing and get the DISCO. I fix the disco to go from MARCI to MONROY and I can see the path on the ND map but the aircraft does not turn to go to MONROY. I have tryed this several times but no luck. Any help would be appreaciated Bill

Hello;The tutorial PLN files are in the RC4 folder. Just copy them over to your flight simulator files folder and your good to go.Bill

Hello;On the PMDG 737NG there is supposed to be a Vref bug that shows up on the PFD to tell what to set your Vref speed to upon approach. I dont see it on the PFD. I am following the Advanced Pmdg Tutorial. Any help would be greatly appreaciated.Bill

OK I have a question. The Makerwys readme said to put it in the FS9 folder and run it from there. So my question is after I run it in the FS9 folder do I do the rebuild database in the RC4 program. It sure does seem like nothing is being done in the RC4 program when you do the rebuild data base, but when the Make rwys is run in the FS9 folder it takes about 15 minutes. Inside the RC4 folder there is a Makerys batch file, what is this for. BillAlso if RC4 is on the same computer with FS9 we should answer yes to the Wide FS question. I have no idea what Wide FS is. Bill

OK completed Tutorial 1 wth Norton disabled. So I guess if I have to unplug my modem and disable Norton to be able to use RC4 that is what I will do. This is a really cool program. Beats hell out of the default ATC which has you turning all over the sky. I hope somebody comes up with a fix though. On to tutorial 2. Bill

yes I have a couple of there planes, do you think this might be cousing RC to crash with the error. Bill

Hello;When I start FS9 there is also a program running called [ FSDT control panel lite]. I dont rcall what this is. But I will shut it down and try to do a flight and see what happens. If that fails I will send in a log file. Bill

I am still getting the error with Norton enabled. If I disable Norton RC works fine, did the first tutorial flight all the way through. Are there any people running RC with Norton sucessfully. If there is I would like to know what they did to get it to run. From what I have been reading in the threads this is no NEW problem so there must be an answer. Bill

After I made RC trusted in Norton I made it a little farther on the 1st tutorial flight. I uninstalled and reinstalled in my C drive not program files and will give that a try tonight. Bill

in the pinned post on this error there is nothing said about what to do when running Norton. This is starting to bum me out. Someone must know something about this. That pinned post was from april 2010. Bill

Would it be possible to use the Realair 172 in Rods training. I downloaded it and it flys great, way better than the default 172.Bill

Theres a proplem with this program. When you click for the screen that is supposed to be a list of all your aircraft so you can pick one to install the viewer you get the Microsoft Phone Home Screen.Bill
