Hello.On the overhead, in the air conditioning panel section of the MD-11's passenger version there is a setting device for "pax load". It isn't mentioned in any of the manuals and I'm interested how the selected number (ranging from 150 to 590) affects the aircraft's air conditioning system?Best regards,Dymitr

Hello.I'd like to ask, what is the reason of having transfer pumps in the main tanks? It appears that I can achieve the same results (eg. tank 1 feeding engines 1 and 2) just using crossfeeds and main pumps, without even touching transfer pumps switches. Are they installed just in case of failure of main pumps, or there is other reason?Moreover, I'd like to know (just of curiosity), if there is a way of transferring fuel to the tail tank when the automatic fuel management is turned off? I could only transfer fuel from tail, and I don't know how to do that the other way around.And, while we are at the topic of fuel, there is a quotation from the manual: I'm a bit confused - what is the connection between fuel and... purging water?Best regards,Dymitr

It appears that either I didn't install the update properly or those fixes weren't applied to all models and the patch available as separate download at PMDG main site is incomplete and we need an updated update :( I didn't have enough time to download and check the updated installer, but I made a comparison between the models:GE Passenger - good quality of the glareshield (upper part of the picture)PW Passenger, GE Freight, PW Freight - a bit strange lookThank you for your attention!Best regards,Dymitr

If I can add my 3 cents, on the screenshot above the issue I descreibed here can clearly be seen. I hope that it will be fixed in update, as the buttons with misaligned labels are in quiete visible place, which spoils the impression of overall very nice and FPS-friendly VC.Best reagrds,Dymitr

Look at the overhead of the MD-11F - you can see the sky through several holes! The passenger version is fine, that issue can only be seen in freight version (both with GE and PW engines).Best regards,Dymitr
