I actually have all of my scenery with the exception of "base" on a seperate hard drive from where my FS is installed. I swear my program started running better when I did this and the only rationale I can come up with is that you have two drives working for you where before there was just one.LouP

Great news. I was one that grabbed the beta but will dl this one tonight. :( I actually forgot how nice the Turkey was, she flew like a dream and I don't rember the gauges being that smooth. Now my carrier landings... boy have they suffered. :( lolThank you,LouP

Add me to the list of people having this problem. The turkey worked fine for me the last time I was able to fly her but there is no way I can load her up now as I had said in the other post. Then I remembered while reading this that the one difference between now and when it worked is an upgraded and registered version of FSUIPC. I think that there are enough folks here that have tested that this seems to be the most likely culprit. As far as saving and starting with specific flights, I would not really call this a fix. Come-on guys, this is the only aircraft I have that needs to be started this way even if it works. I mean every other add-on states that you should have the default C172 in Seattle. I should not have to re-configure my saved flights when I want to switch aircraft. Also, where is this service pac 2 anyway as I don't see it on the MAAM site (not that I expect that to correct the problem).Best Regards,LouP

Hi, I was going to start a new topic but decided to do a search for my problem first. Well, I am having the exact same issue. Funny thing is that the Turkey used to load OK a long time ago but when I tried recently, she causes a CTD every time. It does not matter if I try to load her first right after start-up or if I try an switch from another aircraft, she will cause a crash in the sim every time I try and select her. I did add that "z-order" to my panel file a long time ago and thought that was the fix for this problem but it's a no go right now. If it's any help, when to take the panel folder out of the fsconv folder, the aircraft loaded up fine. I am thinking that there is a bad gauge in there as a result of a MS update but I am only making an educated guess here.LouP
