I had exactly the same problem and discovered that it was being caused by the 'd3d antilag' fps limiter. I have subsequently started using FPS Limiter v0.2, which has solved the problem. Richard Avery

I have also occasionally been getting 'out of memory' errors with the NGX, although it only appears to happen when I alt+tab to desktop and then back into FSX. I am running Win 7 x64 bit and performed a fresh install of FSX before installing the NGX. Richard Avery
