  1. I do not trust Microsoft updates for hardware drivers. Reason when Microsoft updated my LAN adapter, it disabled the LAN and could not browse the internet! Also another hardware update for a second sound device also rendered that device unusable. Best to go to the manufactures web site such as Nvidia and download the driver for Windows 7. IMHO :(
  2. Use a soft lint free cotton material (old t-shirt), if you plan on using the CPU chip in the future find a static free surface when removing the thermal compound. I have a old beat up mouse pad that is used as a static free surface. Also if the thermal compound gets on your fingers and clothing, it is difficult to remove.
  3. Installed Windows 7 Professional 64 bit on Wenesday October 28, 2009. Then on Thursday October 29 downloaded FS9.1 update from the Microsoft site: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...;displaylang=enRan that file from 'Computer/Downloads' folder and had no problems. Sucessful install was displayed upon completion.
  4. Try Mozilla Firefox http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/ Then find the latest Flash Player at Adobe: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/Note, Microsoft on Internet Explorer uses what they call 'Silverlight" to render Flash I think.
  5. To be on the safe side, copy your files to a CD ROM disk or Flash drive/thumb drive. :(
  6. If the yoke is a CH brand they have Clamp Extenders to attach to the grips, that might help. Check CH product site and under parts: http://www.chproducts.com/shop/parts.htmljrocky
