  1. I am trying to find which keyboard assignments FS2Crew uses. Here is my setup - I use 4 keyboards. I for overhead panel one for mcp and mip and one for pedestal, as well as one used as a regular keyboard. I do this through mouse macros in FSUICP and a keyboard macro program called HID macros. This all works great until I install FS2Crew. A number of keys stop working. As a matter of fact many of them still work but they control a totally different function. I am certain this is caused by fs2crew, because as soon as I uninstall fs2crew all keys function properly.any ideas?ThanksTL
  2. I would love a copy of this modified version as I do not like the FO setting the IRS. BTW - It would be great if there was a configuration utility with this program that would allow you to customize the flows and set who is responsible for which flows, I.E. I really like the preflight sounds, and jetway etc, but I prefer to do most of the preflight flows myself and for this reason I do not use the preflight event and subsequently I miss out on some of the resulting effects of the preflight events. ThanksTL
  3. Thanks for the quick response. I did not even think about setting the freq. as I was assuming this was a simulated land line call. I will try it. Thanks again thanks alot for the info. I have solved the problem by disabling the display text option. this made a world of difference.thanks again
  4. when trying to fly from uncontrolled airports I get no response from atc when trying to contact FSS. The menu items are there but when I hit the corresponding numbers ( 2-FSS WX) or (CLR by FSS) I get no response. my flight plan is loaded in fsx as well as RC4. I have RC installed on a seperate computer using widefs.one other problem: often I find RC very slow to respond. I will often see (STANDBY) and it will take a couple of minutes before the menus reappear.any help would be greatly appreciated.TL
  5. very newbie here! Please dont flame me for maybe a very uneducated question!I am a real world PPL, mostly on 172s and Piper Cherokees and am very interested in creating a homebuilt cockpit similar to many I have come across through various forums. I am more interested in twin turboprops than the heavies, which seem to be the most popular for home cockpits and parts availability for that matter. This aircraft is great for realism of flight systems and for this reason I would be interested in creating a homebuilt cockpit based on this aircraft, but if there are little to no keyboard assignments and no 2d panels this would be very hard to accomplish.Trevor Leslie
