  1. Another link... http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=17996209
  2. I have several ES products and have been satisfied with all. I only suffer from the rare, but real, Windows 7 bug that causes the aircraft to stop flying and "float" in midair but only for FS9. It's not the ES product as I have some freeware aircraft do the same thing. I've since purchased the FSX versions and have had no problems. I've used the 30 day refund and have had to send an extra email for the forum activation. Both were satisfied quickly and to complete satisfaction. I think the price points and quality are very good and will continue to support them.
  3. I love the CJ1. I got it for FSX because I wanted something that was fast but could get into smaller airports and I wanted V1 because I didn't want to take a lot of time programming the FMC since my FS time is limited. I have it for FS9 also. Now, I'm so familiar with this A/C I'd probably get V2 if it wasn't for the fact that I have two already.
  4. Yes, John's stuff is top notch. I helped John with the NAS Brunswick scenery. The base isn't active anymore but take away the P-3's and it looks the same.
  5. No, my problem is very recent. Since it doesn't happen right out of the gate, it's probably some sort of scenery or addon issue, but that's just a guess.Bill
  6. I'm also wondering if anyone ever came up with any solutions or workarounds to this issue?I remember reading this thread back during the summer after I got my new win7 machine, I wasn't having any problems back then but they started to crop up a few weeks ago. Ernie does an excellent job describing the exact problem.Definitely not an ES problem, I first experienced it with a new freeware aircraft. At the time I thought it was the a/c and deleted it. Problem went away for a while but now it returns with more frequency.Bill
  7. No issue here, I absolutely understand this looks to be an isolated problem. I should of said let's hope it can be figured out so it can be addressed in case others have the same problem and those who are affected can continue to enjoy their purchase. An ES bird will be in my hanger in the future.
  8. I hope this issue can be identified as I have a new machine running Win 7 and I want to add the Citation X to my inventory.
  9. Okay,no magic answer, just my stupidity. The installer works as advertised, my issue is I'm still getting used to the look of Win 7 and relearning things (for FS) that used to be second nature. However, there seems to be a lot of folks who are (or were) having problems so I feel lucky in that respect.
  10. Yes, I forgot that you needed to log in to see all the forums. Yep, been out of it for too long.Thanks.
  11. After sitting on the sidelines for the last several years due to a machine incapable of running FS decently, I'm finally back in the game with a new rig and ready to see what I've been missing. All those files I've been downloading throughout the years will now be put to good use.Anyway, I've been migrating my programs over to my new machine and so far haven't run into any unsolvable issues. I read Opa's post on installing FS9 on a Win 7 machine and also the post on installing scenery the "new way".The only problem that has cropped up is the WOAI installer. It will not recognize the path to FS9. I've tried to manually enter it to no avail.I did a search and couldn't come up with anything, so has anyone else run into this problem?
