Vr - "rotate"
The aircraft systems call the V1 speed which is calculated by the FMC, Vr and V2 are both called by the FO or Captain depending on who is flying

Qantas Livery
The Pacific Blue brand is as you say based in New Zealand and therefore us the ZK registration, however Qantas being based in Australia should carry the VH registration, Yes there are Qantas aircraft operated by Jetconnect with ZK registrations, these aircraft are specificially flown by Jetconnect crews who are paid less than Qantas Pilots. Here is where your your post is silly Julian, the Qantas Livery should have the VH registration so that it is more realistic addition as it is an Australian Airline. With the crew management, Qantas aircrews want to stop other aircrews from flying Qantas carrier aircraft as this reduces the work done by the Qantas pilots making their jobs more vulnerable. Leading to all the business with current Qantas aircrew wanting to have a stop put on outside crews flying for the carrier
