It was previously stated that it's fully operable! Very nice touch by PMDG.

One of you guys should take ten minutes out of your busy schedule and quickly land the NGX while "accidently" having FRAPS running. Then "accidently" post it on the forum so that we can all "accidently" marvel the VC in all its glory.

This doesn't really match the flow of the conversation right now but I was wondering, what order should someone read the manuals that PMDG gives us and how long should it take to get an almost complete understanding of the airplane? I'm talking about the NGX by the way.

Everyone who has a P67 motherboard pay attention to this: Intel has just started a recall for all their new motherboards because they found out that the SATA ports will fail over time. So don't go buying a P67 motherboard until this is fixed. As for people who already have it, I think that you'll be able to send it in for repair. Unfortunately, this will cost Intel more than a billion dollars which is deffinately not a good thing. I am deffinately not looking forward to disassembling my new rig. :(

The CH Products joysticks are the highest quality and will have the lowest chance of breaking. Every other joystick has had issues in terms of reliability. I highly recommend CH Products.

That would be awesome! I can't wait to see the landing lights.

My only concern is whether they will put as much effort into the 777 as they are doing with the NGX. They've spent a VERY long time on the NGX and I understand that it was built from scratch but I do wonder whether they will take it easier on their 777.

Maybe. The PMDG community tend to analyze every post by PMDG to the very word.

When I look at the Facebook picture, I see that the exterior is perfectly reflecting the objects outside. Is this actually implemented or did you guys just add that for effect?

Alright. I've done what you said and have yet to get a black screen so far. Thanks a lot.

My mistake. I meant Alt-Enter. I don't Alt-Tab. The black screen doesn't always happen either. Most of the time nothing like that happens but after a while, I will return to my flight with a black screen and only sound playing.

Throughout a flight, I like to ALT + Tab frequently so I can do other things while flying. I also change settings around during flight as well by using the menu bar to access system settings, etc. Unfortunately, very often, when I go back into the game, there is no more picture and just sound is left. It's very strange because I can see my mouse cursor change when I go over a button or knob that I can't see. Also, the sound changes when I click F11 to go into external view but there is still no picture. I have the latest drivers and am running an i7 2600K @ 4.5 GHZ, GTX 570, 8 GB of RAM, etc. I do use ENB Series and of course the MD-11. I haven't seen if the problem occurs in other planes. Does anyone know what might be going on?

Thank you. I fixed it with ease. I actually let everyone have full control over my entire hard drive so I won't have these issues.

Windows 764 Bit I might add.

For both the MD-11 and the 747, I can't seem to save the keyboard commands. For example, I like to set the deselect AP switch as 5 and the deselect autothrottle as 6. It will work but when I restart FSX, the keys need to be reset. Another problem I'm facing is that when I save a flight, on my old computer it would restart with the FMC loading but now, when I start the saved flight, the FMC doesn't load anymore.
