Hi Mike, That works thank you, but the only problem is rudder and flaps then don't work.. as you cannot turn them on.. seems a right pain.. all I wish is to use the JB panel with CS 777-200/300 so how hard can it be.. I know there are some posts on the CS forums regarding the same problem.. so I was hoping there was also a post on this at AVSIM... as I guess I'm not the only one using CS777 and also word like to use a 2D panel.. the CS757 has a 2D panel.. PMDG 737 also has a 2D panel.. and I have both.. CS767 also has 2D and I have this also.. so I'm I asking too much.. I hope some one knows how to make this work without having to flick from 2D to VC and then back to 2D.. just need it to start with "Ctrl E" and fly.. Cheers BobJ

Hi Mike, Thanks for the feedback.. I was hoping I could do away with the CS VC and just have the JB panel.. so far easier just to jump in and fly.. I know you need to and the CS special gages to the panels config.. there are lots of docs about this on CS's forum but seems for an older version.. by the way 1.1 does not help.. You may be right, better to go for Opensky or Skyspirit and in-fact I was using.. but went for the CS 777 when there had a special offer at $9.99.. so not a great overhead.. If anyone knows how to get rid of the CS VC so the JB panel just works it would be a great help.. Once again.. Thanks Mike.. Cheers BobJ

I know some will say, it’s better to use VC and I respect this feeling, but I like a 2D panel and the JB777 one is clear.. When you get a little older you need a clear panel.. The product version is now 1.000 and this is the version I have and also there two versions Captain_Sim.x773.sys.gau & Captain_Sim.x777.sys.gau, I can get the under carriage to show up but not make rudder or flaps work.. Anyway.. If anyone out in the big FSX AVSIM world has done, please let me know how to fix. Cheers Bobj

Does anyone know how to use the JB777 panel with Capt Sim 777.. Its a pain only having VC and the JB panel is very good.. and easy to use.. Any help would be very useful.. Thanks Bobj

Hi Noble, I also would like to understand how to off-load to a RAM disk.. I guess you need to tell FSX where to go look for the files as there on a different drive number i.e. the RAM drive.. Any help you can proved when you have time as I'm sure there are lots of folk who would like to speed things up.. By the way I just checked detail1.bmp and found 10 which seems a little to many.. 4 are in ORBX scenery and the rest seems backups.. there is one in the main texture folder but this is very small i.e. 128x128... Anyway hope this is not to long winded.. regards Bobj

Hi Kenneth, In -fact I have all, but this does not help with PMDG as when you intstall it checks to see how many times you have installed.. if to many your not allowed to re install as each install is a new download.. this is how PMDG work.. so the answer is to not upgrade your PC or pay for the ext download.. This is not the same as others like CLS or even Flight 1 as there is no time or download limet.. only seems to be PMDG.. Anyway, hope to have a new download sometime next week then I can fly the 474-400 or 8i again.. making do with the new PMDG 737 now..

Does anyone know how to get the validations reset so I can re install 747-400X - Im a user who likes to upgrade most PC parts over a year and each year.. so always changing HD, CPU and OS i.e. from XP to Vista to Win7 32bit and then on to Win764bit.. but each time you do this you need re install MS Flight Sim.. in-fact Microsoft got smart and allows you loads of installs.. OK sometimes you need call them.. but its not a big deal.. Anyway.. the problim I have is I'm trying to re-install PMDG 747-400X but get a message "you have reach your number of installs, please contact PMDG customer support" but seems the only way to do this is by way of this forum.. Is there a PMDG customer support person on the forum who can help.. Thanks Bobj

Does anyone out there have or see the same problem I have and that’s how hard it is to read the AP “Auto pilot” switches.. In-fact its imposable in 2D Mode so I hope there is a answer out in the world.. I see also that someone has done a pop-up for the AP but not sure if this is around or not.. anyone know..? or can anyone think how to overcome the lack of clear words on the panel.. I like to Fly IFR and on short flights of maybe no more than two hours so IFR is great for me and good interaction but not being able to see the AP panel clear make this almost imposable.. Any help would be great.. FSX and E-Jets V1 for FSX.. Also have the ERJ package and Airbus so like Feelthere products..Thank,bobJ
