1. Go to Flightaware, or Vataware 2. Find yourself a route you like (for example ENGM - BIKF) and get the preferred flight # (for example SAS4187) 3. Look at the route section of this sheet and use a program like FSCommander to program the given waypoints. Finally export this as a PMDG file. 4. Use a weather tool that gives you real time weather and shows you enroute winds like Active Sky 5. Jump into your cockpit, and put some imaginary PAX into your plane (to get the weight). 6. Use the FMC to load the flight plan, check and double check the LEGS and the RTE. 7.
