  1. Gents, 1. Thank you all who have took part in the 0.X versions testing. (17 pages just on this forum!) Your input is very appreciated. This was the first but hopefully not the last STEP II EXPERIMENTAL release. 2. The 737-200 version 1.0 has been released. 3. The 737-200C (Convertible) and the -200F (Freighter) expansion models have been released. 4. The 737-200ADV and the 737-100 expansion models have been updated to work with the 1.0. That means the first and the only complete line of the Boeing 737 Original variations is done and availble for instant download. Details as usual at: http://www.captainsim.com
  2. Just an update as the 737 is almost there. The next free update (SP 0.9) of the 737-200 has been released. http://www.captainsi.../x737/sp09.html BTW the 0.9 delivers a complete PAX cabin. Now it's the whole thing from the wipers to the aft galley: More screenshots: http://www.captainsi...737/200/vc.html
  3. Gents,Thank you for your comments. Some of your concerns are already on the TO DO list. The best place to report the issues is this: http://www.captainsi...?board=737step2 The progress speed is probably because of the fact we work day and night to make the 1.0 that will please all fans of the 737 original series :)
  4. Pete, Yes, you will get the 1.0 (which will cost 39.99) as a free update which will save you the 10 euros. Unfortunately no, this 'early bird' discount will apply to the 1.0 only.If you need the -100 you'll need to buy the -100. Same as the -200C and the -ADV expansions.
  5. You are reffering to a discount from buying STEP I release.I'm talking about another €10 discount from buying STEP II release. So if you buy the 737-200 before 1.0 your discount is going to be €10+€10=€20. That means you get the 737-200 for just 19.99.
  6. Gents,The 737-200 free update to version 0.6 has been released.54 items done list attached: http://www.captainsi.../x737/sp06.htmlAs the next version is going to be the 1.0, so the 0.6 is the last chance to get the 737-200 with 10 Euro discount. This is how the bird looks today:Raw FSX screenshot. No editing.
  7. First of all, welcome to MSFS commercial developers club.I think it's inappropriate to discuss b2b issues in public forums, but if you insist:The only that Milviz did on our B-52 was:- UV and texturing of our existing VC model.- Instrument panels in our existing VC model.- Some default FXS coding of some systems.Upon delivery all three items have been redone/improved by CS significally. There's not a single pixel that has been released as is from Milviz.Anyways, that was the first and the last time CS hired Milviz because your quality is below CS standards. We wish you best luck with your very first airliner project.
  8. The FPS really depends on the computer. Personally I can't complain:
  9. You are right, temporarily our 732 uses the default 737 one.But the "FDE" is just 2 totally editable text files. Any mods can be done at any time.Believe me, the visuals and systems take way more labor. Not a problem! Consider the balls done in CS 732 version 0.6 :) Anythig else please?
  10. In our book it's all about involving a future customer into development process at early stages. At the end of a day the final product will be more the customer oriented. It's like building an add-on of your dream. Everyone is invited, no one forced.
  11. CS does have a forum: http://www.captainsi...g/yabb2/YaBB.plBut I care about AVSIM forum members who have to read the misleading offtopic (same aircraft but other company issues) .Anyways, version 0.5 was released today.Authentic sound set (JT8D engines) and other 45 items done list attached: http://www.captainsi.../x737/sp05.html
  12. Is this really necessary to discuss OTHER company product numerous BUGS, CTDS and workarounds in CS 737 topic?I think this may cause a reader's confussion.May I ask moderators of this forum kindly to ask the people to discuss other products issues in the other product topics please?
  13. Because your calculations are wrong. Sorry but this is my last word on the "100-200 pricing thing": there's no way to get the two (100+200) models for less than 39.97.For people who are tollally lost in these "100-200 calculations": It's SIMPLE as AB:A: If this is going to be your first 737 Captain purchase just buy whatever you like in the store: http://www.captainsim.com/store/B: If you've purchased anything from 737 Captain before, please read this: http://www.captainsi...7/discount.htmlYou could be eligible for a discount.
  14. Thanks, I'll try.As for the overpayment, please contact support, they'd tranfer the difference to another product.
  15. If this is going to be your first 737 Captain purchase just buy whatever you like in the store: http://www.captainsim.com/store/If you've purchased anything from 737 Captain before, please read this: http://www.captainsim.com/products/x737/discount.htmlYou could be eligible for a discount.
  16. Now I'm totally lost.Let's put simple (because it is simple)We offer 2 options:1. Buy the 737-200 before 1.0 release for 29.99 E2. Buy the 737-200 after 1.0 release for 39.99 E
  17. The person in Scenario 3 isn't penalized because he bought two models (100+200) and he has the two models. And today there's no way to get the two models for less than 39.97.Your Scenario 2 isn't correct because this person bought just one model and today he sill got just one model (whatever the base pack provides, today it's the -200). So he just got one model exchanged for another. In order to get a second model he'll got to buy it.
  18. No, it's not.The STEP II release purchasers SAVE 10 Euros.
  19. Yes. Now it's there. So? I don't know were you assumption comes from, but pricing model is clearly announced upfront:http://www.captainsim.com/support/cip.htmlAs you may notice there are no any discounts on the 1.0 for the STEPII buyers.BUT we do promise the 10E discount as a sign of appreciation for the STEPII buyers. Exactly.Thank you.
  20. Sorry, I don't understand. You don't want the 10 Euros off, do you?And what was the "tune we were singing two days ago" please?
  21. These calculations are wrong. All we did is just switched the -100 and -200 models in the base pack, following the numerous requests. The full set (100+200 whatever base pack model you got) is 39.97 anyways. So no one is being penalized.BTW, those who buy the STEPII release save 10 Euros on the 1.0 release.
  22. Actually no need to buy the version 0.4 (am I stupid?! :Thinking:There's a free way to find out if the 0.4 is good enough for you. In this forum people provide real-time technical feedback on the 0.4: http://www.captainsi...?board=737step2Very informative.Frankly, the 0.4 appears to be better than I thought.
  23. Zach, thanks a lot. The ride is going to be bumpy but hopefully safe. Tight your belts, our destination is v0.5! :)
