Hi guys. So yesterday I tried the same flight again for the second time (OMAA-CYYZ). This time made it further but after 11 hrs ish into the flight CTD again. Same exact error. StackHasg_f04d (A heap has been corrupted). This time i already reset my OC and no longer Overcloking. Reset defaults in BIOS and reinstalled Ai Suite 3 just to see it's back to default. I only selected performance mode in Ai Suite 3 and that's it. I will attach screenshots for my settings but yes I do run altitude correction tools every time i install new scenery or remove one. Please see pictures below. Maybe settings too high? Thanks for your help Swadeep

I will try again tomorrow without overclock and for a few flights more if no CTD. Will report back. Could UT Live be the cause too? Thanks Swadeep

Hi guys. I recently just got back to flying actively again on P3D V4 under a new rig. I've done a fair bit of short haul flights and one long haul flight and everything was fine, until recent few flights. I will describe problem below and would appreciate any help/suggestions please. My last 4 flights, 3 of them ended up with CTD. First 3 flights are FSLABS A320 and Last flight was PMDG 77W 1. VNKT - OMAA | Got CTD and it's VCRUNTIME140.DLL (This is when flying FSLABS A320 and I was click PFD Pop Up and it worked throughout the flight until I was descending after 4 hours flight and clicked again and nothing shows up. Other pop ups are okay except PFD where nothing shows up then P3D stopped working and CTD) 2. VNKT - OMAA | Got StackHash_bddf error again through pop up again but this time after 3 hours into the flight. Same issue with pop up Work in the beginning but later on when i click the pfd to pop up again it shows like a bad texture. WIll attach picture below. 3. VNKT - OMAA | I tried again and this time no CTD. But this time i didn't click the pop up PFD at all as I wanted to see if that was problem. And i only tried to click it once i landed already and was taxiing to the gate and again it wouldn't show up. But i taxied to the gate fine and shut the sim down. Usually it will take sometimes before CTD after clicking pop up PFD and you see something is weird. 4. OMAA - CYYZ | After about 6-7 hours into the flight CTD. Got StackHash_f04d error again. Before all of these flight i flew the exact same aircraft and livery from YMML to OMAA and it was 14 hours flight and it was fine no problem. Things to note: Tried posting on FSLABS forum also about the pfd pop up thing but no reply. Running P3D V4.1 latest Used the Ai Suite 3 to do auto Overclock. Using Ultimate Traffic Live latest purchased version. (Was googling around and they said this could be problem?). Before i always do my own AI but due to time limitations now decided to go for this UT Live. I don't think my settings are too high but would be happy to post if needed. Maybe I am wrong. Hi there. I am current using the Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog with throttle and joystick. I have been using it for years and it's been great but lately now when I touch the "fire" button on the joystick I occasionally get static current on my fingers which forces me to remove my hands quickly. It happens randomly and as I try to put my finger on the "fire" button again, after a few times, it goes away. Hope it makes sense? When i touch the round metallic pad near the Joystick's movement ball, I also get static sometimes. The throttle however works fine. Is this possible faulty cable that connects the PC with Joystick through USB? I just want to know the possible reasons and how it can be fixed. Would appreciate your help. Thank You. Swadeep

Yes I understand your point too but I think it's easy to just throw in the towel and say it's because of the static. I'm just saying it's weird how it only happened to fs2crew fo sounds only. Otherwise it's fine everywhere else. The static was only felt on one joystick button. Anyway I was upgrading pc anyway and will get it today so have to resintall everything again on new pc and let's pray no problems again. Taking old one to have it checked also if anything is wrong as will use it for other work. Let's see and will revert. Thanks Swadeep

Yeah i will recheck again and get back but it's word not allowed this problem. The only thing i changed was p3d v3 to v4 and fs2crew v3 to v4! Weird! I saw others posted same problem. How did you solve it for them? Thanks Swadeep

Hi Guys, I am running P3D V4 and am looking to update my processor and gfx card. Wouldn't mind throwing in extra RAM also if it helps.Would appreciate suggestions please. Here's my current set up. Ok i will recheck everything again and get back to you guys. But it doesnt make sense haha. I wouldn't be surprised if the headset doesn't work totally but this is just the sounds from FO in fs2crew. Weird! Oh well! by electric shocks i mean like static not actual shocks by the way haha Thanks Swadeep

Hi. Just tried a new flight and right from start no FO sounds coming through headset at all but I can command him to do stuff just don't hear his acknowledgement. I can still hear ATC through headset too. This is so weird. If I didn't hear anything at all or they don't respond to my commands (speech green bar showing whatg I said too) then ok headset problem but not this. Recently I'm getting like electric current pass through my joystick also and when I hold some buttons on that i get electric shock quickly time to time. This somehow happened same time as the fs2crew issues but doubt this has anything to do with it ? Please advice. Thanks Swadeep

Hi, So i uninstalled all the sound drivers and reinstalled them. 1st Flight with 747 all good. 2nd flight with 777 was fine until descending. I accidentally reduced the volume from headset by mistake down to 20 the brought it back up to 100 ( not sure anything to do with this) and bam problem again. Can't hear first officer at all. He's still listening to my instructions and performing tasks but no voice acknowledgement back from him at all. Even the PA no sound. I am still getting ATC sound from P3D though through my headset. Weird. What should i do now do you think? I wanna say I will try change headset but doubt it's the problem since it's working fine. Thanks Swadeep

Hi, Sorry for late reply as I am travelling. 1. My headset was normally plugged into the front port but since problem I have tried changed a few ports and now it's plugged into the back but still same problem. 2. I am trying to think how is it related to hardware? It may make sense but let me say what I have said before and possibly we can try think what's going on. As explained above The output is fine as i had the green speech bar on and it's detecting my voice commands and following my orders but I am just not hearing any voice back from the FO or FS2CREW. So this means the headset is working? And i can still hear the ATC sound from P3D through my headset which also rules out the problem with P3D or headset? So this means headset is working fine both inout and output so I am trying to think maybe it's not P3D or external but FS2CREW? The only reason i can think is maybe it's FS2CREW issue related to p3d V4? never had problem in p3dV3 and same computer and set up. 3. I have seen multiple posts too where people are reporting the same problem so could this mean it's FS2CREW issue? Hope to work this out. Thanks for your help. Swadeep

Hi. Just to follow up still same problem. This time on 747. I uninstalled fs2crew 737 747 777 and tried reinstall again. First 747 flight all good. Second flight same problem. I clicked play brief and i could hear sound coming through headset playing brief. After that doesn't work anymore. I had green speech bar on and tried some commands. It detects like for example set heading to XXX and the FO does the job but no voice heard back from FO at all. Thanks Swadeep

I'm sorry what I should say really is it started happening since I had to buy again all fs2crew for the p3dv4 version. No problems on previous versions whatsoever. But will try experiment and report back. Thanks Swadeep

Reinstalling P3D would be a disaster! Would i have to reinstall all the add ons again? I will reinstall fs2crew though. But I doubt the system changes because as i said the headset is working fine. I've seen quite a few people reporting this problem on the forums so could it be fs2crew also? Will report back after a few flights after reinstall of fs2crew. Thanks

I doubt it because the headset is still working and it's detecting my input anyway and I can hearthe ATC through headset still all the time. Cheers

Audio Drivers are already latest. I don't think anything has changed because headset is working fine with other programs and FS2CEW is still detecting my voice input. FO still following commands. Just not hearing any voice from FS2CREW FO or PA Annoucements. Clicking Audio Test button no sounds heard at all. Tried changing CFG in flight also to main speakers and not headset still same issue. No sounds in Audio Test, Thanks

Hi there, I've been using FS2CREW voice for PMDG 777 for a long time and never ran into problem. Just started encountering problem on P3D V4 and it happen at random and sometimes while in flight. I just basically stop receiving any sounds from the FO or even the PA button when clicked through the headset. But microphone is working though because i tried running checklists and it detects my speech and follow through but i just can't hear any read back. I have the p3d atc sounds come through my headset also and it works fine. Would appreciate any help please. Voice and HS is on. Tried clicked voice off and on again also but doesn't work. First connected the USB headset through a HUB so i thought might be a problem but even connected directly didn't help. Thanks Swadeep

Hi guys, Need some help please. So i was installing a scenery and used this tool. However after I tried to run p3dv4 his error came up and this was the solution provided on the website: I have the latest version installed and I've tried the backup method also. It worked and now after installing another scenery using it, this time it won't work now even after i follow the same step again. I tried uninstalling the migration tool and somehow the error still shows the same when trying to launch p3dv4. So i can't fly now! This sucks! I have tried to register on the website also to check the forums or create a support ticket but the website is being stupid and keep saying solution was incorrect when i try to register so i can't register.
