Odd A/T behaviour in poot weather conditions
I don't really agree with that. The point is that A/T doesn't even try to spool up. It's not the case it tries, but fails, it does not try at all....

Odd A/T behaviour in poot weather conditions
I have an issue with the PMDG 777. The following scenario is given: - Poor bumpy weather - In approach for Runway X - Approach type is ILS - Headwind (slightly from cross) is 8 kts, non variable. - VRef according to the FMC is 149, 154 set in MCP Window - A/T Mode is SPD - A/T override is set to "In HOLD only" - According to ActiveSky Next, for the approach no gusts are reported - Remaining fuel is 10.8 tons on MAX Payload (777-300ER) My Sim: - Windows 10 - Prepar3D V3 - Latest PMDG 777 version - ActiveSky Next - Flight Controls are a Saitek X52 joystick and quadrant. Now what happens: The speed is going down to the yellow band, if I don't disconnect A/T, it goes into stall, while the A/T doesn't even try to spool the engines up to maintain the selected speed. I had that behaviour in FSX as well as in P3D. However, I wanna make sure it's not my fault somewhere before I call it a bug. Anyone else experiencing this? I've noticed, I've never experienced this in calm weather situations.

nVidia 347.88 WHQL driver available now
Just installed it, under certain cicrumstances I even get more FPS. But normally the same as before. The only thing I did was deleting the shaders folder, to rebuild them. Just precaution.

The problem is, that the FMC clearly says that 1502 is installed.

Bugreport: Nav Data out of date in Prepar3D
Hello Amazing Plane, but I have a small bug to report. I've installed AIRAC 1502 which is the most recent one. However, in Prepar3D, the FMC still says Nav Data out of date. Yours, Stephan

nVidia 347.25 WHQL driver available now
It is the customer, who wants more and more powerful drivers. Therefore NVIDIA (and also AMD) tweak their drivers. I think it's impossible to avoid, that some functions do not work anymore in certain softwares. I agree, that LM couldn't do much about it in 2.4, but in 2.5 it has to be fixed. No doubt in my honest opinion. We should not forget, that not everyone has a dedicated PC just for P3D. Most of the users also have other titles, which clearly benefit from the latest drivers.

nVidia 347.25 WHQL driver available now
I think it's the opposite way. NVIDIA is much closer to the hardware, and therefore they create the drivers. If they would have to take care about each software outthere to show all things correctly, they'd never come to an end. In my oppinion it's clearly up to LM to fix it.

Since Service Pack 1 the rudder is centered
That was coincidence on my side, because I've reinstalled FSX and Windows completely, and just wanted to make sure everything works as supposed...

Since Service Pack 1 the rudder is centered
Hm, but I can notice that before SP1, it's always been to the left when not pressurized. But I will investigate with the wind as stated earlier in this thread. You where right... It's amazing how deep this is all simulated...

Since Service Pack 1 the rudder is centered
Hey guys, since sp1 the rudder of the T7 (Both 200LR and 300ER) are always centered, even in cold & dark without any hydraulic system on. It does move correctly though, when hydraulics are turned on... I'm I missing something there, or did I just detect a bug?
