[30MAR15] NGX Updates and some other News Bits
yes, unfortunately it is. But not kicking off or making waves, just feel that it's been long enough to get this sorted. Don't think it's right that the update is available for some but not others, shouldn't have been released until it's available for all, why should I have to wait any longer because I bought the disc version?

[30MAR15] NGX Updates and some other News Bits
While I appreciate the comments from Robert, and love the quality, I am struggling to understand how the download customers can download a full product yet there seems a crazy delay in getting the same software burnt to DVD or made available as a download update for people who purchased the DVD version? I bought my product from Flightstore, not Amazon, wondering how much longer it will take before I will see this download?

PMDG's XPlane 10 Development Fact Thread [Updated 25NOV13]
never get good performance, are you for real? You can get good performance or of FSX with some playing with cfg files, jumping on the band wagon I feel. As is the way with these forums, plenty of opinion, but at the end of the day, until PMDG make some announcement, nobody knows anything. I have FSX and xpx, I love the NGX as I suspect do all users who have it, I like the look of the iexg but until the final version is released, it is an unknown. It all depends on what you want, ngx offers deep systems simulation as well as great flight characteristics, personally, I tried the JAR A320 and couldn't get it to work on my system, support tried to help and was very helpful but had to admit defeat, very frustrating, and for me (my opinion not fact), x737 is currently not a great plane at all, not even got a FMC so you can program proper routes etc, I know about XFMC and Javier ufmc, but it's another add on for the basics and this frustrates me. I use xpx for vfr in the c172 and it's great for that, but I really want to see xpx deliver some quality before I retire FSX.

Saitek Pro-Flight panels support for the 737NGX
Hi, Have latest version and registered FSUIPC and have downloaded Spad 0.5.0 but cannot seem to get the switch panel working with the 737 NGX. When I set the spad to NGX special mode, I set for example the Battery master switch via virtual button, FSUIPC sees this but still it doesn't work. I have added the SDK entry to my ini file, any help appreciated. Steve Steve Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

737 NGX with Saitek Stuff
Thanks to you guys for the reply, but managed to get it sorted a few moments ago. I had the Wilco A319 set as my default flight, once I deleted the default flight, all started working as it should. Steve

737 NGX with Saitek Stuff
Hi, Newbie on the forum, but recently purchased the NGX and it looks cool, but doesn't work properly. I have an iMac 2.66 GHZ 20" screen, running XP via Bootcamp. I use a Saitek Pro Flight Yolk and single Throttle Quadrant (all works on stock planes and Wilco Evo Vol 1). If I load the plane fully standard config, all is fine, but as soon as i change fuel or load cold and dark panel state, engines shutdown, and when I fire them up again, they spool up to idle, but advancing the throttles does not change engine state. I can see the throttles move in the VC mode, I have registered FSUIPC and when launching the monitor, I can see FSUIPC registering throttle movements correctly, but still nothing. Anyone have any pointers? PMDG Tech Support have given me stuff to try, removing NGX completely and then removing the NGX folders in Documents and Settings and FSX\Sim Objects\Airplanes etc, and after a full install, still the same problem. Currently, have deleted the FSUIPC.ini file and have re-set the axis control in the FSX Controls pages, like I said above, this works perfectly on other planes, just not it seems with the one that I really want it to work on.
