  1. Happy Anniversary cvbcbcmv!

  2. Happy Anniversary cvbcbcmv!

  3. Ah, I even looked at this thread, somehow I missed it. Thank you!
  4. Russia looks nice from FL310 this time of year... haha
  5. Thanks guys, my educated guess was it had something to do with headings in the polar regions, but thank you for this. I've read quite a bit of the manuals, but I still have a lot left! But I love doing it, haha that's what you get on such a detailed aircraft.
  6. I've done KCLE to KTPA, KJFK to KSFO, and am in flight of KCLE-OMDB. Liveries I've tired- Air canada, emirates, and united.
  7. Hey guys, I have one more question. When I'm flying, if I go about other things while it's cruising, and the pilot responses get to the warning level, when I try and do something or push the caution button, the alarms stop and it's gone from the EICAS, but the caution light stays illuminated. I know it's a little thing, but it's bugging me. Does anyone know why this is happening?
  8. Hey guys, I was just testing out the long ranges on this bird, and my route was taking me over Northern Alaska at this time, if it matters. When I got to this region, I got this symbol on the ND. I'll post a picture, it's on the top right, just to the left of the next waypoint and ETA of that waypoint. Does anyone know what it means? It's the part that says Grid 70 in the box.
  9. Yay! I'm not the only one. What exactly do you mean save the entire flight? Normally it doesn't bug me to just switch it off and switch it back on, but since I use FS2Crew now, it just kind of screws things up. I forget a lot too so I like set up the FMC, he gets back from the walk around, and I realize we have no power...
  10. The fault light comes up as well. It definitely does not start.
  11. Hey guys, this has been driving me NUTS lately! I feel like I've searched everywhere and just can't find the answer. When I start from Cold and Dark, and it's time to start the APU, no matter what I do, this is what it does. I put it to start, and fairly quickly, the low pressure light and fault light come on, and nothing happens. If I switch the APU to off and do it again, it starts normally. I thought it was just something I was doing wrong in my procedures but I follow the checklists exactly, and even when I use FS2Crew and my FO sets everything up, everything screws up because he tries to start the APU and it faults. Some help would be very appreciated, thanks!
  12. I'm a beginner! I'm sitll trying to figure out all this stuff. I'm not very familiar with STARs or SIDs. I'll plug that arrival to KBOS in and see how it goes. I'm en route now. Currently on my way to HNK.
  13. but can't you only do that between airways? What about my error at the end of the route when trying to go to KBOS?
  14. Is this how it should be done? When going from my last point to KBOS now I'm getting another route discontinuity... great!
  15. I know, I use these for flying on VATSIM. However, I may be mistaken, but I just bought radar contact. (Third party ATC) and it appears I have to plug in a FSX flight plan and not use a custom one which surprises me given many advanced simulator hobbiests use it.
