  1. Like I've stated Dan, you have my respect. Please rest assured this was not a poke at you or anyone else, I just found it funny, how most topics end up. I don't know why but when I read the previous post and put it all together I don't know, I just found it all funny.🙂
  2. I agree with you Kyle, and you have my respect. I only commented based on the last part of his comment, which was... Now before anyone says anything, i have a great deal of respect for you downscc, I just thought this was a fun conversation, and as you can plainly see i don't comment much, I simply saw nothing in this comment that mentioned calling an emergency. I apologize if i stepped on anyone's toes. Have a Great day guys.
  3. I realize this is splitting hairs but, the rules are different depending on your type of flight. "Interpretation is unambiguous under VFR conditions where FAR 91.151 says that no pilot can begin a flight unless consideration of wind and weather will allow the flight to reach the planned destination with enough fuel to cruise for 30 minutes at a normal power setting, or 45 minutes at night. A literal reading of FAR 91.151 indicates that running out of gas is not against the rules so long as your preflight plan was complete and accurate based on the winds aloft forecast. If the wind or weather forecasts are wrong, there is apparently no legal obligation under that rule to land and buy more fuel. Of course, FAR 91.13 appears to forbid running out of fuel, because that rule bans all "careless or reckless operation." However... FAR 91.167, the rule that governs fuel requirements in IFR conditions, seems to require a pilot to land short of the planned destination if fuel runs low. This rule says "no person may operate a civil aircraft in IFR conditions unless it carries enough fuel" to complete the flight and land with enough fuel for 45 minutes of normal cruise. If an alternate airport is required, which is determined by the forecast weather at the destination, then the 45 minutes of fuel must remain upon reaching the alternative. 4. The ground crew vehicles look fairly impressive. Exciting stuff. Thanks.
  5. This seems to be the problem on my end, FSUIPC crashes after about 2 hours or shortly after, and then just endless pausing, and unpausing. No ctd or anything like that. Same flight as last night and everything updated except FSUIPC, Does anyone know whether an updated version is available yet? or are we (my) waiting until the 5th of Jan? Either way all good i have other things i can do.
  6. Hello everyone, I went looking for a subject such as this, it is the first time i have encountered the pausing of this severity since i started Flight Simming, and as most of use I have been there since the very begining. I do not have an antivirus software program running, I have reinstalled windows 10, I have all the latest Drivers and Patches (Versions) of AS16 and ASCA, running the latest P3D3.4 Hotfix2, PMDG777/737. Everything looked pretty good until about 2 hours into the flight, and now the pausing which is happening every 2 to 5 secounds and lasting at least 10-15 Secounds has caused my sim time and computer time to fall out of sync by 30 minues already. The 777 reads 21:08 and my computer reads 21:36, this is way more of an issue than i have ever encountered in the past. Not here to complain, I know enough now that patience is the key, I do have ORBX Global and North America LC some FlyTampa some FSDT, these are my only addons and they have all worked the very best in the past, that is until the recent upgrade to P3D. Sorry that I dont know a fix, just wanted to add my findings in the event it may help developers. Cheers, Marc D. Boucher Edit: Selected the addons menu just after finishing to write this short peice looking to see if indeed the auto save option was selected in FSUIPC, and to my surprise FSUIPC was not in the menu. I will try again and most likely this was the problem.
  7. I can only comment on the PMDG 737. It works great in P3D v3.3.5. I can only imagine if one works the other will just as well. Cheers.
  8. A big Thank You, to the Team at PMDG. Your attention to details is evident in your products.
