  1. @SteveFx It is a great pity, thank you for your contribution to the community. Will you still maintain your website and support for those of us who already have DX10SF? Regards
  2. @YeezFSX Hi Your laptop is a Ryzen 7 with a Radeon RX Vega 10 try using window mode and locks fps at 30 and this can help you: https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/574765-fsx-faq/ Regards
  3. @SusGofres Yep, keep this in mind, don't spend too much money on fs2009, W10 expires in 2025.
  4. @SusGofres Hi FS2004 was and is a great simulator, however, the vast majority of better add ons are no longer for sale for example: Flight1 ATR-72 PMDG MD-11 Fly The Maddog MD80 You can still get a few add ons in the online stores but in most cases they are not the best: PC Aviator Simmarket Flight1 remember that there are also many good quality freewares, here you go: ENVTEX and Full Environment 9 by TOGA Projects Also remember to update the navigation database with aerosors. The only add on that I can recommend and that is still under development is: PF3 - ATC FOR FSX P3D MSFS FS2004 by Oncourse software. Regards and Happy New Year
  5. @Demo_13b in addition to that indicated by ''polosim'' iFLY 747-400 (and 747-8i): http://www.flight1.com/products.asp?vid=flt1sf&pid=ifly744x http://ifly.flight1.net/forums/ho-ho-ho-ifly-7478i-released_topic17155.html LEONARDO FLY THE MADDOG: https://www.flythemaddog.com/site/ COOLSKY Ultimate Airliners: The DC-9 Classic https://www.coolsky.no/aircraft/dc-9-classic Regards
  6. @joaoluis The only thing I can recommend is to pause W10 updates until you are sure they are safe. Anyway I use FSX SE and have not had any problems yet. Every PC is different.... regards Brisafresca
  7. @joaoluis hi I recommend you to follow this website, it is quite intuitive to know when to update W10. https://www.askwoody.com/ regards

@Rein2 I would recommend you mk studios regards
  9. @Airhead Hi Your PC can run FSX SE. FSX SE is a simulator that relies heavily on CPU power and very little on GPU. Your CPU, an i3-9100F, has a power equivalent to an i5-7600K, its single-core performance is very similar. https://www.cpubenchmark.net/compare/Intel-i3-9100F-vs-Intel-i5-7600K/3461vs2919 Regarding the gpu, FSX works best with nvidia gpus, but you won't have any problems as long as you use discrete graphics settings and use full HD resolution, but I recommend you look for information about AMD GPUs in FSX. I just recommend you to get a SSD disk of at least 240Gb for FSX SE exclusive use and a CPU cooler such as the cooler master 212, as long as your cpu exceeds a temperature of 70ºC. I advise you to read the following to configure FSX: https://www.avsim.com/files/file/41-avsim-basic-fsx-configuration-guide/ https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/574765-fsx-faq/?do=findComment&comment=4230505 regards Brisafresca
  10. @rwy12 Hi At this time, for a 1080p monitor, I don't think you need an RTX30XX, the GTX1080TI is still a very good option. I leave you here some reviews about the RTX3060TI, 3070 and 3080. the performance difference between your 1080ti and each of these gpus is: 1080ti vs 3060ti: +15%. https://www.techpowerup.com/review/nvidia-geforce-rtx-3060-ti-founders-edition/ 1080ti vs 3070: +23%. https://www.techpowerup.com/review/nvidia-geforce-rtx-3070-founders-edition/ 1080ti vs 3080: +33%. https://www.techpowerup.com/review/nvidia-geforce-rtx-3080-founders-edition/ Also the prices of the RTX30XX are too inflated and there is little stock in the stores, it is not a good time to buy, hopefully in spring the situation will change. Regards Brisafresca
  11. a little offtopic you can use the Milviz 732c in combination with the add on ISG1's panels For example, combine a Honeywell's GNS-XLS FMS with a small EFS50_EHSI very similar to what you see in this video. Anyway, I assure you that flying conventional IFR, that is, with VOR/DME is quite entertaining. regards http://www.isgsim.com/?page=fms http://www.isgsim.com/?page=ehsi
  12. @RAdE0nEXE Great!!!, I told him the more add ons the worse the performance. On the other hand, you may want to try it in the fsx.cfg: Fiber_Frame_Time_Fraction=0.33 you must add it under ''Main'' Section, by default its value is 0.33 . A value of 0.33 offers a clear scenario, but less fps. values farther away and lower than 0.33, for example, 0.01, 0.13, 0.26, etc... offer a more blurry scenario but improve the fps. You may get extra performance by adding it. I suggest you read the AVSIM guide for FSX settings: https://www.avsim.com/files/file/41-avsim-basic-fsx-configuration-guide/ In relation to the PC, ryzen 3 3100 is also a good choice, but it seems to slow down the performance in games, better option would be ryzen 3 3300X for a little more money, as long as it is for 1080p, to get the best performance combine it with DDR4 3200mhz ram memory. I leave you information of both: https://www.techpowerup.com/review/amd-ryzen-3-3100/ https://www.techpowerup.com/review/amd-ryzen-3-3300x/ https://www.cpubenchmark.net/compare/AMD-Ryzen-3-3100-vs-Intel-i3-10100F-vs-Intel-i5-7200U/3715vs3863vs2865 Finally, the GTX1660Ti is a very good option, if you do not get it, the GTX1660 Super has the same performance. I leave you information of both: https://videocardz.com/80100/nvidia-geforce-gtx-1660-ti-review-roundup https://videocardz.com/82464/nvidia-geforce-gtx-1660-super-review-roundup Regards Brisafresca
