  1. Wow :) I see why switched to X-plane :) Awesome perspective, amazing shot! :)
  2. Thanks for inputs guys - I'm happy that some people prefer no. 1, and some no. 2. The old-style better suites stick-and-rudder, VOR navigation flyers, and the other is better for glass-cockpit types, I think :) It will be customizeable along with some other features.
  3. Which one would you choose? Old style lighting, or new?
  4. Pilot83, it's your Reshade config by the way, only slightly modified, great job, I love it :) We have so many people making great presets now, it's going to be hard to choose from!
  5. Thanks :) Indeed, it is, with XP 11, Laminar has finally nailed it! Welcome to the 'dark side', and good luck continuing making those fantastic shots :)
  6. +1 for Reshade. I have MaxxFX too, but in my opinion it is not as capable as Reshade is. Just to stay with the topic: I have never noticed the error you have described, but just disable Reshade with Scroll Lock, make your selection, and the re-enable.
  7. New tree models for KHAF airport (X-Plane 11). They are still made out of flat polygons (it's important performance wise), but at least they are animated :)
  8. I mixed up things with the South Park parody :) Winter unfortunately not coming YET to X-plane, but hopefully it will soon. Above the desert it doesn't matter anyway :) And those are great shots, KnightFlyer, sorry for being rude and not commenting on them sooner. Welcome to X-plane! :)
  9. +1 Detail is coming! (like the dragons in Game of Thrones) :D As XP is getting more-and-more popular, this will mean more-and-more quality addons. XP 11's engine also opens up more possibilities, things can be beautiful. There are also some great airports already out there, beautifully detailed, like CYBD from Beti-X. Also, khm-khm, let me mention our upcoming project here, which takes advantage of XP 11's new lighting effects, and aims to be very-very detailed: https://www.facebook.com/RisingDawnStudiosSoftware/ So the detail is coming, it's a great time to be a simmer :)
  10. Thanks :) It's XP11 in California.
