The square buttons are 55x55 pixels. HoW many buttons do you want and what pixel size. I don't know what 5 x 5 cm refers to? The buttons? The whole CCM form? What aircraft are you using? What is the default zoom value for that aircraft and where did you get that default zoom info from?

@Alex -- I have uploaded 0.9.6d which removed the auto-detect SE code. Now there is a radio button on Tab 1 Camera Files where you can choose your platform: FSX or FSX SE or P3D (coming soon).

Hi Alex, The SE connection might be problematic. There is no clear cut software call to determine which FSX is running. Consulting with several other FSX developers, I determined what call would best be able to determine which FSX was running but I was not 100% sure. You've confirmed it. The call being used isn't fool proof so I will have to remove it. I will make this change within the hour and have a new uploaded ver for you. SE users will just have to read the website and know that they will not be able to use mouse camera move on the SE platform...it will NOT work. The two hot keys will still be visible but I think I will set a flag in the ini file so those using SE can set this flag and not see those two hot key lines. Regarding the zoom problems...I'd like to see what you are talking about...I'm wondering if we can link our PCs together and you can show me exactly what you mean. Please email me and we can make the arrangements to do this. I think this would be the best way to fix the zoom issue. Thanks...

You can resize and move the CCM window. You have 3 base size options: a 3x3 or 4x4 or 5x5 matrix (controls how many buttons and thus how many camera views you can click a button to display). There is also a handly hot key option that you may use to pop up and pop down the CCM window so its very fast to get to it to change camera views and then get rid of it again fast so you can get back to flying. I'll put the wifi suggestion on my to do list. However, I'm not 100% sure this idea will happen because this will involve programming a completely new mobile app to look like the CCM window. Not an easy task and very time consuming to do. I have done some mobile programming in the past so I know the work involved to pull this off. We'll just have to wait and see. There are now close to 100 flight simmers using EZCamViews and only 4 have made donations. So you can figure out the ROI on my time (so far). I forgot to answer your help file question: the help file is (currently) down loadable from the website. Look on the left side for the Documentation menu link. It's a standard *.chm file. A PDF help file will come later.

Hmmm...I've been looking at the Mustang...after hearing that it's G1000 is modeled better than the Phenom 100, I think I will buy it and give it a try. BTW I also bought feelThere Phenon 100 and I'm not impressed with it. The graphics quality is no where near what it is on the Carenado Phenon 100 which is the HD version that I bought. I'm speaking of the eye candy...I have not had a chance to dive into the feelThere G1000 to compare it to the Carenado.

I'm flying the Carenado Phenom 100 on FSX. I'm trying to setup the LOOP9 KLAX SID for departure on the runway 25R. For this departure, I usually set the #2 VOR to the Santa Monica VOR, with a 160 course to monitor passing this radial for noise abatement and then I can start a left turn to a heading of 235 degrees and fly our over the ocean. I'm new to the G1000 and am wondering how do I set up this to display on the FO's PFD and have my Capt PFD set to KLAX VOR with a 250 course? So far, the two HSI's seem to always want to show the same display. I press the CDI soft key to cycle thru the VOR 1 and VOR 2 displays but I would like to display two separate VOR displays on the HSI's...is this possible? (I'm coming off of the 737NGX where this was a snap to set up). Thanks...

1. Mouse panning is coming up soon...the code is finished but there is a lot of testing for me to do so please give me some time with this feature. Mouse panning will be entirely inside EZCam and not use anything regarding mouse panning from FSX. Two very separate things. I will have a hot key for you to set and you will need to remove the mouse pan key from FSX so as to not conflict. 2. When you load up the NGX, press the default FSX minus key to make sure you are back at the 0.30 zoom point. Again I will say please use 0.30 and if that's too much of a view, then dolly fwd to get the view you want. Do not zoom it in to get the view you want. Please stay away from using the FSX zoom at all. There are a few flight simmers having problems with zoom so I guess I'm going to have to say this: please do not use FSX zoom at all. Do not manually zoom with FSX. Do not use the mouse wheel to zoom because you are using FSX's zoom capability. I do not have mouse wheel hooked up to anything inside EZCam so do not use the mouse wheel to try and zoom. Use EZCam dolly fwd and back instead. I don't want to repeat what I said in my videos re zoom but Microsoft did not give us add-on developers ANY zoom support at all. That is the problem with using FSX zoom. It will mess up your views so please do not use it. It's a Microsoft caused-problem and not the fault of any add-on app. Thanks...

1. I have the PMDG 737NGX (FSX) and the default zoom is 0.30 (not 0.50). Try just using 0.30. I see no reason to use 0.50 at all. 2. I'm not sure why you are using the mouse wheel to control zoom. EZCam does NOT use the mouse wheel to do anything. So you are changing the zoom 'outside' of EZCam and you should not be doing that. Remember my videos I said zoom was poorly handled by Microsoft in the SDK so you should NOT be manually using the zoom inside FSX otherwise you will only mess up your views because EZCam will have no idea what you did. This is not a limitation of EZCam...any and all add-on apps have this same problem. So in summary I think if you set 0.30 and do not use the mouse wheel to zoom around or any other manual zoom keys that FSX uses you will be fine. Rather than use zoom use the dolly fwd. I use the PMDG 737NGX and keep away from using the zoom. Are you using FSX? I don't yet support FSX SE or P3D.

First off, thanks for the donation. If you email me your ID Code I can send you a new lic file that will remove the start up splash screen. There should be no conflict as far as the camera views are concerned since EZCamViews uses its own custom camera files. I don't touch the FSX camera files at all. Hot keys might be an issued depending on what other add-on apps are using so you may or may not see a hot key problem. If there are no hot key conflicts I don't see why you cannot use EZCam with another camera app. I am not aware of any reason why you could not do this. Let me know how it works however! Thanks...
