Hi, Purchased Pilot Assist Pro when it was first released. Just tried to use is today and the App is showing no longer available at the Apple Store so I cannot load/update the APP on my Ipad. Is this company still in business? Any one else having this issue? Their web site seems active but the link to the Apple Store of course does not work. Best, Keith Giannon

Thanks for update, Bryan, a pity. I, (I suspect like many), have heavily invested in P3D up to V5 to the point where the jump to MSFS in the near future is not worth the outlay. The recent Navigraph survey show P3DV5.3 had 17% of sim users to MSFS 75%. So we are hanging on by our finger nails. I have a large fleet including all variants of PDMG, FS Labs, Majestic Dash and so on. To answer your question regarding IFLY doing better than PMDG in MSFS. Probably not. However, the release of the MAX for P3DV5.3 by IFLY has been overwhelmingly welcomed. There is no news whether PMDG will be developing the MAX for P3D. If not, IFLY have produced an excellent study level MAX for us. Clearly, with MSFS dominating the sim world, that is business will go. We P3D simmers live forever in hope!! Hi all, Having just purchased the IFLY 737 Max (and the FS2Crew for Ifly), I can also confirm it will not currently work with the Max as there is no activation options for it on the configurator. Is this something the Ifly developers need to speak with Bryan to update? Best wishes, Keith

Apologies, I thought I had searched enough to see if it has previously reported. It has. For those who get confused like me, remember there is no bespoke FS2Crew configurator. Go the the respective AS Airbus own configurator. Enable which FS2 Crew control you wish (button or voice) then once aircraft is loaded use your default FS2 Crew keys to open the software. Hi, I've recently purchased the AS A330 and looking in the Forum it should work with the AS Airbus series. I have the Pro version 4.3. However, when I install the Fs2Crew version, a folder appears in the Fs2Folder of P3d5, in this folder under versions a folder Airbus X is created but with no configurator either in the folder or on my home screen. When I search for it, I find only the uninstall opportunity. I also have the older X version for P3d+, so I think I have the latest FS2Crew release. Can any one advise what I am doing wrong, please? I have P3Dv5.3. Best, Keith

Morning all, I may have lost the plot, but I cannot find where to purchase the FS2Crew for AS CRJ Professional. I see on the main site there is an option to buy the all the products in one package but not a single option for the CRJ. I have all bar three of the FS2Crew products and do not wish Maddog or Ifly so that is not an option for me. I see AS sell it on their main site. Can anyone help as I wish to buy the AS aircraft. How interesting, well done Detective Julian. I find this news somewhat sad! We have a wonderful community all sharing a great hobby which by its nature bonds us together resulting in trust and belief in each other. Ben was (not sure if still is) part of that community. If he chose not to complete the A320 programme and give up his role in flight sim, honesty on his part is likely to have received a more sympathetic response. He dropped a number of comments in the latest release about his divorce which suggested it was a bitter affair. Seems he may have divorced us! It seems you can still purchase/download his products from the website. I guess the big question is for how much longer. Is there a way we can warn our members of the potential danger and loss of money if they now buy any such products now? Keith

At the risk of being a little melodramatic, is Ben still alive? I mean this as a genuine question with what has been happening in the world these last eighteen months. There are also still seriously ill people with long Covid. The fact that his FB or other accounts have been active at some stage does not mean Ben himself has been active on them, anyone could be monitoring them. I can still access all the purchases I have made which, to me, suggests, all is not lost. I think we would all just appreciate an update on what is happening. Best, Keith

I decided to tinker (!) with Mike's solution. All works fine but the SEC option does not. Before I make any changes, is this my error, if so what should I change? If not, it works perfectly without this option at present, anyway. Keith

Hi Brian, Very efficient as always! Quick test with 777-20LR (together with the other models) shows all working well now you have added the option to choose the P3DV5 folder. Regards, Keith

I have purchased it and waiting for the next set of episodes! Regarding the personal stuff, and having seen the new Airbus series, we have all been there. Painful, distracting and more. Hi, I have just downloaded the latest update from PMDG for the B747 QOTS and 747-8. There are some compatibility issues with FS2Crew V1.5 for the 747. For example a door is reported open that is not, brakes not applied when they are. Do I need to do anything or is an update forthcoming in due course? Stay safe everyone, Regards, Keith

Hi Bryan, Correct. I had asked for Flaps 1 and FO warned we were above the minimum speed for Flaps 1. This was true as I hit the button in error. Tried everything to stop him repeating the warning to no avail. Such as trying to go back to descent checklist etc. He nearly had a new job as a wing walker!!!! Only stopped when I was on the ground in Crete. Only happened the once so far, so possibly one of those weary FSX glitches. Keith

Apologies, as I am sure this has been addressed but I cannot find it!! I have button version for PMDG 737. Last night, I was a 'fast fingered Freddy' and requested Flaps 5 above the limit. The Co Pilot gave the appropriate warning. However, having no doubt triggered the request again accidentally, I then could not silence the Co Pillot!! I tried powering the panel down, resetting the commands all to no avail. As I was on line with ATC, I did not want to restart the flight. Indeed, the only time the First Officer became silent was when I closed the sim. Can someone advise me what to do in these circumstances and how I can restart FS2Crew? Kind regards, Keith Giannoni

For what it's worth, I too would snap up a button version! I am a victim of system mechanic! I plan to change PC in 12 months A windows reinstall before is not an option with the number of sceneries and aircraft I have. I have bought button versions for PMDG 737, 777 and JS41. Kyle, Spot on sorted!! My mistake was to reinstall my CD version and then the updates. As Kyle mentions above, and for all those who have made or will make my mistake, treat the update from AS as a full new download for the 738, thus your CD version is effectively now obsolete. Do not use it for the reinstall! (Maybe I missed that?). Kyle, there is a wonderful magician in the UK called Dynamo. (Check out YouTube, all). You are brother of Dynamo!
