  1. 45.3 GB on my end! I think people might be confusing the download size with the extracted size. Either that or you and I have a bug. I encourage anyone who says it's nowhere near 40GB to go check the models folder itself (fsltl-traffic-base), being sure not to check the injector folder or something else by mistake. I just reinstalled it to see. The installer downloads 7.5GB in separate 500MB chunks, then compiles them into an 8GB zip file named "full.zip" and subsequently extracts them to a folder called extract>full which inflates to over 45GB. That is the correct size of the full version 1.5 model library as far as I can tell! I'd guess if someone has a folder smaller than that, something failed during the FSLTL process whereby it downloads, zips, extracts, then copies the folder (the copy step may only happen if your download and install paths are different in FBW Installer, but I suspect it happens regardless.) If you didn't have 45.3+ GB free, I'd expect you would have received an error message during install but maybe it could have silently failed.
  2. The new sounds are really excellent. I feel the price point is still a bit too high for my budget, but the addon jumped quite a bit higher in my to-buy list. Kudos to vFlyteAir for improving this addon. They were one of my favorite X-Plane devs and I'll be happy to see more from them in MSFS.
  3. I've seen a couple of mentions of FS2024 including mention of it working well, but I've hit a few issues I'm curious if others can confirm - it's possible I'm doing something wrong and will re-check the manual tonight. I can't find a way to flip the battery switch to ground power. In the videos I've watched, there is a clickspot on the trim indicators to get a screen to open where you can set ground power, but this doesn't appear to work in FS2024. While I can start on ship battery, I run into the next issue: After a few minutes, with both engines, inverters, generators and alternators on, I will lose some power. I'm not sure which bus, but the landing lights turn off as does the attitude indicator. Default bindings don't appear to work for the flaps (using the Honeycomb Bravo) Otherwise, this has flown very well for me in FS2024. Anyone else had these issues and found any workaround?
  4. I'll keep an eye on the payware versions. As soon as there's something there that's improved over freeware (assuming this hasn't already happened) I'll 100% be buying them. Great addons, glad your Marketplace application was accepted.
  5. Yep, I forgot to mention that. It did give me the notice about manually deleting the shaders (both caches). I deleted them and FSX rebuilt them and everything worked fine. Thanks for your commitment to getting the installer tweaked!
  6. Thanks Steve. Just so you know, I had some issues getting everything running (had a dual install) and solved it by creating a duplicate fsx_se.cfg file in AppData folder, letting it patch that file and then using that file to replace my fsx_se.cfg. Also, initially it didn't recognize my FSX-SE directory and solved that by editing the default FSX install location in the registry.
