  1. Hi, The 0.1.503 version seems to be a total bust for me. Only thing working is the cinematic mode. All other things are broken: Middle mouse button does nothing, Keyboard inputs do nothing, TrackIR ist not working, ... I always get: Aircraft misconfigured We have fixed a configuration issue with this aircraft to make it work with ChasePlane. Please reload the aircraft or relaunch the simulator for views to work properly. Reloading or restarting doesn't help. Rolling back to old version (non experimental) and middle mouse button + keyboard is working. Looking forward to a working version with TrackIR support^^ Cheers Andreas UPDATE: Ok figured it out,it is working now. I had to use the option "Disable advanced simulator features..." under Preferences -> General Looking good now
  2. Hi, unfortunately this is not working for me. I installed everything and setup the axis. To this point all works find. When I run P3D and have TIR + CP active the camera just freaks out. It looks to me like P3D is fighting CP. My guess is that TIR hooks into P3D and ignores vJoy/FreePIE/CP... The camera shaking stops when I either pause TIR or pause CP. Both active and the trouble starts again. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this? Thanks Cheers Andreas
  3. Just browsed the forums today and noticed your profile. Did a quick flight in Norway and the calculations were pretty much spot on. TOC, TOD, fuel numbers seem to be fine. I'll try a longer flight soon, thanks so much for your work!
  4. Hi, I was wondering if there is a PFPX profile available for the Hawker H850XP? Thanks! Andreas
  5. Nice, would be a great addition^^
  6. I noticed the wavering as well. The plane is surfing +-60ft of selected ALT with a VS altitude of +-1000fpm. IAS and VS for climb/descent works perfectly for me without any wavering. The AP catches the new ALT than starts holding it with the wave pattern.
  7. As far as I can tell they are static. I don't know how the WX500 will integrate (P3D user and don't own it). Your gauge works very very well. The clickspots are just a minor thing. It works perfectly for setting the radar and after that I just watch this beauty doing its thing til touchdown.
  8. Hi Mike, I had this once with the 1.5 version. Though I hit something wrong and restarted engine, no problem. Never had it after that. Did a long flight today with 1.6 and fuel burned correctly from tip, outer and middle tank last. Cheers Andreas
  9. Small update for the 1.6 version: - Due to the changes Flysimware made I got Rolands ASN radar working in all VC. Thanks a ton for this! - Default 3D-VC gauge is now overlaying the weather radar. This looks much better. - Small problems with clickspots. I still used the 2D gauge to get full functionality. Because of scaling to fit it into the VC the clickspots are a bit off. They are still fully usable though, you just have to find them first. All you have to do is to install Rolands ASN radar (read his great manual) and change the following lines in the panel.cfg files (located in panel.Main and panel.RDR_GTN): find this lines: gauge00=rxpWX500!RDR,0,0,512,380 gauge01=CONTROL_PANEL!clipboard RADAR, 90,50,330,250 and change to this: //gauge00=rxpWX500!RDR,0,0,512,380 gauge00=RolasnRadar!ShellRadGauge, 11,-8,491,500, sweep|beam|icing //gauge01=CONTROL_PANEL!clipboard RADAR, 90,50,330,250 Below you find 2 screenshots with the shifted clickspot areas marked with red in the 2nd one. The mouse pointer will change when you hover over a clickspot: This is tested and fully working in P3D v2.5 (latest hotfix) and ASN SP3 (open beta).
  10. Strange, I don't have any of the problems you described. Running P3D 2.5, no wobbling, runway/taxi lights are working and AP lights up too. This is how landing + taxi lights look for me (awful weather, but the MU-2 still did a nice landing): About the radar: It is only a static model in the GPS and GTN 750 version as far as I know. It only works with the addon WX500 in the GTN750 + WX500 version. Or you can try to add Rolands nice ASN radar as I did, read here: http://forum.avsim.net/topic/466357-asn-weather-gauge/?p=3239638
  11. Hi John, I use the default textures from the 1.5 version. The textures are fine for me. I use P3D with 4096x4096px, 7cm resolution, VC panel mipmaps on, 16x AA filtering and MSAA 4x. No FXAA because it seems to blur things too much. Maybe it's my settings^^ Oh and the screenshot is a cropped version of my triple screen 7830x1440, so it is actually a bit oversampled. Cheers Andreas
  12. Hi Roland, yes I tried the normal way and it worked perfectly. Only missing thing were the buttons and dials. I don't know much about gauges or even programming them... so I just tried the 2D one in the VC and to my surprise it worked^^ There are some buttons and dials in normal GPS and GTN 750 versions of the VC, but they seem to be static without function. To my understanding the model would need to be changed to make them usable? For now I'm happy and again thanks to Roland and Flysimware for your work. This plane really grew on me in the last few days If someone else wants to try this as well here is what I did: 1. download Rolands ASN radar gauge and follow the instructions about copying 2. open panel.cfg in the panel.RDR_GTN folder of the MU-2 with a texteditor 3. find the "[VCockpit35]" section (pretty much at the end of the file) 4. change the following lines gauge00=rxpWX500!RDR,0,0,512,380 gauge01=CONTROL_PANEL!clipboard RADAR, 90,50,330,250 to this lines //gauge00=rxpWX500!RDR,0,0,512,380 gauge00=RolasnRadar!ShellRadGauge, 9,9,494,364, sweep|beam|icing //gauge01=CONTROL_PANEL!clipboard RADAR, 90,50,330,250 Cheers Andreas
  13. I got Rolands great ASN gauge kinda working in the VC, thanks so much it works great. I'm using P3D so no Reality WX500. I used the 2D gauge and put it into the GTN 750 + Radar version of the VC. The result isn't perfect visually, but it is fully functional (buttons and dials are working). I tried the normal GPS VC version too, but no success because there is no "glass" surface. It would be great if maybe we could get another version with a working Bendix shell for the Roland ASN Radar? Here a screenshot of the result so far:
  14. You can try to add always_visible=1 to the VoxATC panel.cfg It works for me in P3D 2.5 but I don't know if this is specific to P3D.
