Mid Cruise Frame Rate Dive
Hi Jake I've had the same issue before, and it was very frustrating! What fixed it for me was to lower your fsx settings, mainly the scenery settings, and limit your frame rates to which your computer can always sustain. Also, about your tweaked fsx.cfg, have you tried just using the default one as that could have something to do with it too.

Blackbox a340 virgin Atlantic
Hello, I've had the blackbox a340 and a330 for quite a while now and I use the virgin Atlantic liveries frequently. On the a333 there is the new livery but on the a346 there's only the, in my opinion, ugly and old one. I've had a look online but can't seem to find the new livery for the a346. Does anybody know if there is any new Virgin livery at all. Thanks, Dylan

FS cannot run without a valid scnery.cfg
thanks for that guide, it's very useful. I was just thinking in the program data folder it has all the scenery.cfg back ups in, I could try putting one of them into the fsx folder

FS cannot run without a valid scnery.cfg
Hi everybody, I recently downloaded a freeware Barbados add on for fsx se, I put it in the add on folder and launched up fsx, when it was loading it came up with 'FS cannot run without a valid scenery. Cfg, please uninstall and reinstall fsx' I deleted the freeware scenery, installed FSTscenery, which did nothing. I also validated the game cache. I then uninstalled and reinstalled fsx to no success. I've also tried replacing the scenery.cfg with the other one but still get the same error. The only thing that seems suspicious is that the first lines in the scenery.cfg is FS9 global. Which I don't have and I have fsx not fs9. I know this issue isn't rare but it's stopping me from flying. Any help would be deeply appreciated. Many thanks, Dylan

Radar contact speed restrictions
hello, I assume this at an add on airport? if so an uninstall then re install normally does the trick. if that doesn't work it may be the aircraft's FMC database, have you updated the FMC at all? There just might not be any speed restrictions any more at that airport. cheers, Dylan

auto gen scenery in water, roads etc.
Hi everyone, I've had ftx global, vector and openlc Europe for a while now, and never had this issue but one day I went on FSX and I was on approach into Faro when i noticed there was auto gen scenery everywhere including the ocean! I can't remember if I did anything to cause this issue but I'm thinking it's something to do with orbx. so does anyone know how to solve this problem or could someone post a fresh terrain.cfg as I think mine is corrupt. many thanks, Dylan

Strange approaches in FMC
- Strange approaches in FMC
Hello everyone, Recently I bought the wilco e190, and am quite surprised how good it is! But yesterday I updated the FMC database via navigraph (a bit late I know) and every time I programme the Approach in the FMC e.g. ILS 4L/VOR 4L I get things such as in LFMN: I 0 4L. Or R 0 4 L Y. I know this probably isn't a bug but could some one guide me to which one is the ILS approach etc. Cheers Dylan - Strange approaches in FMC
