  1. I just recieved my new 5600X3D and indeed it's a game changer... for MSFS2020. On 2024 I still have serious performance issues, and looks like I'm not the only one having them (thanks for your comments though!). Asobo has logged this bug on their forums so let's expect a fix at some point... Using the exact same scenario: Fenix aircraft loaded up at default LFPG, using real WX: - MSFS2024: 25FPS, lots of stutters, CPU Mem: 22GB/32GB, GPU Mem: 7GB/7GB 🤯 - MSFS2020: 50 FPS, no stutters, CPU Mem: 13GB/32GB, GPU Mem: 3.8GB/7GB I can understand that MSFS2024 may need higher PC requirements and it will not run exactly like MSFS2020, but man, something's not right here.
  2. Haha why do you say it? I've seen so many recommendations for this CPU on many forums.
  3. Yes, since the aircraft is ran locally and not through the cloud, it runs smoother.
  4. Last night I bought a 5700X3D, as it was being time to get rid of my old 3600X. Arrives next week, I'll see how does that improve my experience
  5. Indeed. I loaded up the same scenery, same time of day (basically same conditions), with default A321 and Fenix A321, and the difference is crazy. More than 40 FPS difference between the 2 aircraft.
  6. Ok it looks like on 3rd party sceneries, performance is seriously degradated. On default/handcrafted airports by Asobo, I ran smoothly, however on any 3rd party scenery, I struggle with FPS. I've seen some content creators having the same issue. Anyone else?
  7. I've been looking for that. Thanks for sharing!
  8. On 2020 I have stable and smooth FPS (around 30-35) with Fenix and payware sceneries, which always demands more. However on 2024 I find myself with many stutters and low fps in some cases. I might keep trying to tweak settings to get them similar to 2020
  9. What are your thoughts so far on the MSFS2024 performance? I have a "pretty decent" PC but I'm struggling to do a smooth flight. Even with medium settings. Is this related to the server issues or is it just the sim itself? My PC: - RTX 2070 SUPER 8GB - AMD Ryzen 5 3600X - Sim is installed on a 1TB M.2 NVME - 32GB RAM Running at 1920x1080.
  10. I don't like the new camera system. Looks like when you are moving the camera around, suddenly it starts moving more and more quickly, making the camera uncontrollable. Has anyone found out a solution yet? I have the freelook momentum setting set down to 0.
  11. I recently recieved my Winwing FCU and I would like to create profiles for different airplanes. I found some profiles on flightsim.to but I want to create my own for those who are not published (such as DA62). Anyone knows how to create them?
  12. Yep, I find no results with that option
  13. Hey, has anyone experienced the in-sim mouse pointer being a bit "laggy" when using Lossless Scaling?
  14. Hey, if you installed your simulator a long time ago, it was installed on a locked folder and you can't modify those files. Some time ago Asobo started installing all simulators on the C:/XboxGames folder, which is a folder you can modify. To avoid uninstalling all the simulator follow this steps: - Open XBOX app. Install it thru the MS Store if you don't have it. - Log in - Right click on Microsoft Flight Simulator and select "Manage" - On the General settings, select Enable, under the Advanced management features: - This will move all your files to the C:/XboxGames folder. No files are lost.
