  1. The avionics are very simple, I would say 1/4 of the actual real world capability. Which I guess is good but the WT functionality is much much higher. Hopefully FFX improves it, but a clue such as lack of missed approach support even after update 1 makes me lose confidence that they will be in a hurry to add anything any time soon.
  2. SKP button on the display controller. If you use Navigraph it takes the Navigraph info that's installed in the sim.
  3. The real thing cannot achieve .86+ at 51,000 feet. Even .85 is barely going to be possible. In the real world for efficiency you'd be cruising at FL450-FL490 depending on weather/winds and usually sticking to .85 for fuel burn. M.92 at the upper 30s is great when you need to haul a** on a 400 or so nm leg, FL510 would only be useful to top a thunderstorm if you couldn't deviate around it but even then it's still hard to justify a reason to go that high.
  4. Thank you very much for the reply good sir. After your suggestions and trying to grasp the MSFS behavior dialog I think I have it figured out, and would like to share my findings in case others are having issues with this particular aircraft. So FFX has it set up where their Input Events are actually seemingly opposite what you would expect, which is why I had a hard time figuring it out. For example: an IE like IE:ffx_Example needs to be used as a Bvar: B:ffx_Example and then the tricky thing is let's say it's a switch you want to turn ON, it is actually written this way: 0 (>B:ffx_Example_DEC), and turning the switch OFF would be: 0 (>B:ffx_Example_INC). This seems to be consistent with most of their IE's so hopefully this can save someone headache in the future! Thanks again for AAO. P
  5. Hello all, I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to get the new P180's IE's working with my X-Touch mini. When I select anything from the MSFS IE menu under the "ffx" section, for example the engine start L function, no matter what I do nothing happens when I assign a button for it. If I select a different IE outside of the ffx grouping like the landing gear for example I can get it to work no problem. Does anyone have the P180 FFX IE's working? Am I missing something? Thank you so much for hopefully someone taking a look. P
  6. From a fiscal standpoint PMDG would net an incredible profit from a business jet. It would surpass everything they have put out for MSFS. But.. they seem stuck doing the same thing over and over again, almost like how movie producers are stuck remaking classics. I really hope some innovation comes from them but it's hard to have any high expectations on anything "different" from what they've been doing for years and years.

  8. AAO is an excellent program and when you're used to it it only gets more powerful for whatever application you are asking of it. The developer Lorby is one of the best developers when it comes to personally helping with any item you might be having trouble with. I highly recommend it and see a great future for the program with 2024.

  10. Hello! I'm thrilled to have my Behringer X-Touch mini 99% set up with the 777, lights and all. But I'm trying to configure the main slider control to activate and increase reverse thrust and I just cannot figure it out.. This is what I'm trying to achieve: Normal throttle control is on "bank A" and works fine with the slider control. I want to be able to switch to "bank B" and give the slider control of the reversers, push up to activate/increase reverse thrust, then when pulled down to "0" it cancels reverse thrust i.e. "F1 effect" only when it's at 0. I just can't seem to figure out the right combination to do this. Can anyone please point me in the right direction? As always, this is my favorite addon in the sim, fantastic job. P

  16. I'm on my 3rd flight in Europe, going between some towered/non towered fields and so far I love this program. It's such a clean easy to use interface, and the potential of it is exactly what I've been hoping for ever since being disappointed by ASOBO in 2020. I love the voices and accents it's pretty spot on and believable. Looking forward to the AI traffic someday as right now it's very lonely up there with just me getting controlled. So far no issues or weird handling of my flight etc but I'm sure eventually I'll see a hiccup, but that's a given for something in development. I would like to see emergency options, obviously the ability to request different runways/approaches (although everything I've been assigned so far is what I've wanted), and weather deviation requests. But it's obvious the dev's are going to keep this thing future proof. Highly recommend.
