  1. Good to read this Chris. A good way forward.
  2. It was very good to hear from Chris yesterday. My Honeycomb Bravo is likely to give up the ghost at some point, given it uses potentiometers, so put me down for a Fulcrum throttle and a Fulcrum trim wheel as well.
  3. Had a quick look at the Brunner website. They are right in the ‘money is no object’ category. I guess I’ll stick with my now unsupported Fulcrum One yoke for as long as it continues to function. What has happened to Fulcrum Sim is a sad story. I feel for Chris but also for those customers with unfulfilled orders who have lost money.
  4. I wish Chris well and think his product is very good but he really needs to improve his communication and make some changes to his business model. It looks like two months of silence from him, based on his profile details today. People are rightly upset and requesting refunds. The first thing I think needs doing is updating the website with accurate lead time estimates on a regular basis and removal of the requirement to pay on placement of an order. Only charge the buyer’s CC when the product is shipped. At least weekly posts here with relevant updates is a minimum.
  5. I received mine yesterday. An impressive piece of kit.
  6. Thanks for the email reply Chris. I appreciate it.
  7. Hi Chris, our next FTC campaign is starting in a few weeks and I’d love to be able to use my Fulcrum yoke for the twins I will be flying. My order is #2961, ordered 21/11/2022. Any update on when I can expect delivery would be appreciated. cheers Barry
  8. Hi Chris, I started a business 35 years ago and learnt many things along the way. Most of my early customers are still with us today. Why I write this is just to say hang in there! You have great products. Personally I have found your communication very good. Clearly there have been some challenges recently but nevertheless please put me down for one of your trim wheels when they become available. I hope you take some time off for Christmas and New Year to be with friends and family.
  9. An update on the Hapticonnect software. I was having various issues with it but to keep it short I just had to isolate the Hapiconnect folder from being scanned by Windows 10 Defender. Now it just works as expected.
  10. I just picked up Hapticonnect from Buttkicker which has recently released with a plug in for MSFS. I’m still getting it set up, I’m short of time and I have to unpick how Voicemeeter works as I still use that for IL-2. I’ll be able to look at it over the weekend. It certainly comes through to MSFS and I just need to sort the sound to my G2 headset. Anyone have experience with Hapticonnect?
  11. Hi all, First post here and I am happy to report I have just placed an order for a Fulcrum One Yoke. Chris answered my questions very quickly and fully. It's a bit of a 2023 retirement reward for myself, with the blessing of my lovely wife. From what I have read here the last day or so and observed from watching some YouTube videos I am in for a real treat. I fly with my online mates over at Flying Tin Cans in the bomber squadron (Douglas Boston A20 etc.) and also in MSFS (mainly GA twins such as the 310R, Beech 18, DC3, Grumman Goose etc.) so the yoke should be ideal for what I need. I can then swap to my joystick for the F/A 18, Spitfire etc. Cheers Snowy
