The SSL certificates of the server are being updated. Things are progressing quite nicely!

No redesign at all. It's just a move and the forum software will be upgraded to the latest version.

The hosting firm has been contacted so they can do their bit. We're well ahead of schedule!

Good evening, Due to an alert that we got from our hosting firms, SOH has to move servers because some of their hardware was compromised. The move will happen as follows: November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section. November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete. November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software. If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th. We know that Avsim and SOH share quite a few members, so in order to keep people informed, we thought it wise to post this here as well. It also allows us to inform people should things go horribly wrong. Cheers, Priller - SOH Administrator
