Hi there, I am running prepar3d with the PMDG add-on for 737-800. The tanks are always full and I cannot adjust the fuel amount in the tanks. If I insert "0" or any other value in the fuel menu, the amount is readjusted, but if I return to flying, I still have full tanks... Any help is highly appreciated! Greetings Berni

Good afternoon ladies and gents,I do a fair bit of regional route flying using the NGX in regional WA (YPKG, YPPD, YNWN etc). I was just wondering, on these 1 to 2 hour routes to small regional fields whether it's normal to dispatch with the return fuel already loaded so as not to worry about refuelling at the destination? I have actually flown many (too many probably) of these routes but couldn't recall where refuelling happened. Airlines like Qantas and Virgin Australia use B738 and B737's on these routes a lot and I thought someone 'out there' might know the answer? Thanks for NGX and the interesting information that comes through this forum,CheersJames Cleverley

Hi there,Got this problem since a week now, tried to solve it but i don't know how..The problem: After T/O, fuel level is rising in fuel tank 1 while tank 2 is not changing fuel level and the centre fuel tank is decreasing. This is not always strange but in this case: The fuel pump 1, 2 and centre are all on, and crossfeed is off! Normally, like any week before this week, fuel won't go from centre tank to tank 1 while all fuel pumps are on and the crossfeed is off!The first time this was happening I didn't even realise until I got the fuel inbalanced warning and I eventually made an emergency landing because I tought I had a fuel leak...! Anyone got a fix or am I doing something very stupid and wrong which I didn't notice? Thanks in advance,MO-Airlines

When I access the POS REPORT page on the Lower CDU it gives a figure. This figure is a mystery as it appears to bear no relation to fuel required to destination, fuel remainng in tanks or any fuel to alternate calculation. As example I am currently over the North Atlantic just west of 20 degs West where fuel to destination is 36.6 tonnes, fuel loaded pre-flight was 53.9 tonnes, and fuel on board was 41.9 tonnes. Apart from the fact that the Fuel Tank Selector panel is upside down (just like the real aircraft - makes it simpler to read from the real pilots' seats), just how do you make it visible at night? I have searched everywhere for a switch for the very obvious light, but cannot find it. Does one exist? Also, what is the procedure for changing tank selectors from inboard tanks to outboard tanks and back again? Do I switch ON the cross-feed selector first, then make the tank selection? Just moving the tank selectors from one position to another produces a significant yawing as the engine(s) get an interrupted fuel feed. Thanks in advance for any help. rr

Haven't flown in a few days, not sure if there was some kind of update or not, but when loading in my fuel I keep getting an "invalid entry" (trying to load 20k lbs). I selected "set full" and this is what I got... https://imgur.com/CZAwALX It shows correctly on the main display, but FMC is wacky. I went through the setup options and didn't see anything popping out at me. Any suggestions?

Hello, monitoring fuel temps at northernly flights there is not a true °C indication, however depending on TAT the values cycle upward every 5 sec. At FL309 e.g. with TAT -22, SAT -54°C values begin at -22° upwards to -5°, at SAT -49° from -17 to -1°, and so on. Not a bug for sure, but Maybe there is a slight glitch? Kind regards Fritz B. Both fuel gauges seem to be stuck on 14, they never change no matter how long the flight. Are they not functional?
