in many places, recording atc is illegal, and probably limits the availability of people doing add-on pre-recorded chatter.personally, i'd rather hear pertinent chatter, with the correct pressure, with the correct runways, with the correct ai callsigns, than pre-recorded chatter, referencing runways that don't exist, callsigns that aren't present, with pressures that are wrong.jd

JdTo bad, but I see what you mean. Trust me I also use Ground, Tower, ATC, otherwise RC would be useless for me :7 I only think the SOUND of REAL communication makes an extra immersion factor when flying.I don

Leffe,I shouldn't really encourage or discourage the purchase of payware chatter, but there are a lot of freeware chatter available at the avsim and flightsim.com (and elsewhere) libraries that you can use as an alternative.The only setup you may need to do is renaming those files and placing them within the correct folders in RC. How to do so is described in detail in the RC manual.It is better to listen to the RC generated chatter though - without it, your situational awareness gets thrown out the window :-eekSubs
