July 1, 200322 yr I'm going to hold off on my purchase. I went through this hassle with CS727. Never again. I hope PMDG plans to release it on CD so I won't have to go through all the headaches. What would happen if 5 years down the road PMDG goes out of business and I'm still running FS2002/04. What am I suppose to do?. Look at FS FlightMax. All those folks who paided for the program just to find out later it went freeware. Never again, sorry. I do understand about security mesures but I want to own the products I pay for.
July 1, 200322 yr Well after I found about the whole process I decided not to purchase it. Well when I saw it was released I really wanted to buy it.I have been waiting so long for it, to only find out a few days ago that you can only install it on 1 computer and I could not put it on my second one. Never the less I said well I will see how everyone else is doing at getting it installed but it seems everyone is having problems with getting it and they can't put it but on 1 computer. This is really alot in the name of security. Well PMDG my credit card is back in the wallet unless some of the stuff changes.Jason Dellarusso

July 1, 200322 yr Still Daniel, Jason has a point that I tried to stress for some time now!Copyright should never over take the value of costumer care and content...I said that this would be to the pain of the costumer, for the benifit or in the long run, loss of PMDG...I think this is sad, of course it's sad that pirats can cause such deep damage, but really also that we as costumers will not be able to fully own a product that we pay for, and have to go through great lengths to get it...Really this is not costumer friendly, and that is just what Jason pointed out...I have bought my copy out of support for PMDG, but I sure as hell isn't all that happy with the registration function and this download problem!Pleas PMDG again think it over!I'll be happy to buy a CD from you instead of this ####:(Boaz...

July 2, 200322 yr I got the license code back within 2 hours.The process does work.. it was simply not documented very well, initially; but that has been fixed now.For future buyers this should be less of an issue... and the airplane is definitely worth it!!!Lets stop complaining and instead enjoy this marvellous add-on!
