Why is there no cockpit enviroment sound of the fan/air conditioning when it is switched on. Ist this not very much a feature of the real aircraft?Neither is there sound of the APU spooling up/running.Can these issues be addressed or are thay not feasable to address?I did like the sound of the V1 rotate and V2 call outs on take of. Very good. And with all the other call outs I would have thought the two or three I have suggested would have been very little to add.BTW we still have no verbal warning of close aircraft proximity. - Just a thought :)Kind regardsNigel Thomas-Smith

Well I seem to have found that fan sound in the cockpit. Easiest way to get it is if you look at the overhead panel in the electrical controls area if you locates the two drive disconnect switches (red flip buttons) you will find the Standby power switch in between them. Click it once to shut it off (cover will move up) and the click it to the on position. Bingo!!! there is that wonderful noise we have been searching for :-hahNick :-abduct

OK, So the sound is there but since when has the ACond started when you turn on the standby power. I thought it would start when you switched the A/C air conditioning unit on !Evidently a programming error.Kind regards

i am still to find a commercial add on which has some of the taxi, after takeoff, landing etc checklist voices from the Virtual First Officer, it would be great if this can be implemented in some add on in the near future, it does get lonely up there, if you fly online on VATSIM and thre is no controller around...

yes i have seen this,but i ask, why hasnt a commercial company like PSS or PMDG incorporated the basics in it, surely the first officer and his callouts are just as important to any flight operation.
