Hi all,Can anybody send me the main PMDG file to install,I am unable to contact support group since 3 days, they are not responding, i think they all are working for the new update i dont blame them.i got this product 2 days ago. After installed had so many issues with fs2002 and new directx 9.0a, 2 days ago my hard drive crashed and i lost everything including the main PMDG zip. But i still have the order id and computer generated code.for advise to you all if you install directx 9.0 or 9.0a to your XP os only before install please check mark the restore this way if you get a problem you can restore to previous driver, i search alot and this is the only way you can get rid of direct x9.0So please please please anyone send me the main Ziphere is my e-mail, i have cable connection should be [email protected]

i know there was a link when i print my confirmation but did not print out that link. I found out after my OS crashed. thats why i was asking some one would send me the zip file. it is not going to work anyway who ever sends me that main PMDG zip file, even i install it will say demo version i am not worrying about that. what i am trying to do is get that zip, install and get generated code so i can get my reg# again.

My name is Hasan,why not send me the zip file it is not gonna hurt you to send me the main PMDG zip file. example if you are a product holder ones you purchase the product you get a link to download then you install the PMDG. you can only install one time, if you install second time you'll get a demo version, so if you make a copy send it to somebody they'll get demo version.

What do you mean how i breath,i am just asking favor from flight simulator community,If we don't help each other who will,don't get me wrong i pay for this product, i can not put my order number or anything but i am not stupid to ask for something that i never paid for it on this forum.i just dont want to waite untill support side to answer me back, they are very busy to get update done and i am very frustrated, just asking your help.Hasan

Dear Hasan-please email [email protected] for this.You should already have instructions on how to download the main .EXE file in the email we sent you with your purchase. If you don't have that email, there's something wrong, so please email us.

Hi Lefteris,Yes when i got the e-mail i had instructions and password for download and link, i got that and download the zip.and print the e-mail so i can keep my order ID etc. on my file, but 2 days after my OS crash so i lost that e-mail, but i had the print out, in this print out everything was printed including password for download exept my printer did not print link address on there so i could go that link to download the main zipI send 2 same e-mail to your support side 2 days ago.

Are you sure your printer didn't BLOW UP too? :-lolMan, I have been a programmer forever and your post is one of the FUNIEST EVERNOT ONLY did you Hard Drive crash, but your printer ran out of ink, and you lost emails as well as them not ever receiving emails! Make sure you cut open your dog to see if he ate your printout.FUNNY STUFF!!hehehehe

Are you making funn of me JERK!!!!!!!!!Let me teach you some programing skillsWhen you have color printer it is set up color ink only by defult.When i got confirming e-mail from PMDG, download link was automatic color download link and i have 20 years old printer, when i print this email it did print black ink and because i did not have color ink on it, did not print the download link line.If you dont still understand come over here I'll show you how programing is done.
