New Landing Lights

Featured Replies

Boy, thats perfect. Wonder if there is a way to narrow the beam a little bit? John Fitzpatrick

Thanks Bruno, good work....

Guys- I would not waste anytime with this only because Vin has already changed the lights and will have his great fix in the up coming SU2. It will overwrite whatever you changed...[h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. Smithhttp://img.villagephotos.com/p/2003-5/196432/winglets_lg.jpg

It's a good filler until SU2 is released tho. . .hmmmmm. You make it sound like SU2 is imminent. :D Fingers crossed!regards, drewKLGB

Actually, my fix does not make any changes to that file. Just make sure you make a backup of what that file replaces! :-) I'll probably test out the SU2 fixes with this new file as well as the default one prior to release.VinPMDGwww.precisionmanuals.comhttp://www.vinscimone.com/dancnkid.gif

" File Description:In the most of the cases, FS2004 aircrafts landing and taxi lights make a "too" white halo on the ground but the aircraft light intensity is insuficient. The above link is dead. Can someone tell me where I can find that file. Id like to use it until SU2 is available.ThanksTony

Strange. Link worked for me earlier, now I can't even find it in the library. File name is fs2K4_ll.zip.Cheers,Paulhttp://www.strontiumdog.plus.com/sbird.jpgOfficially licenced by British Airways plc for use of name and logo[p]AMD XP2800+ Barton, Gigabyte GA-7NNXP nForce2, 1Gig Crucial PC3200 DDR 400MHz, Gainward 128 MB GF4-4200, SB Audigy, 3 x WD Caviar SE[/p]

Its ok - I found it at another site. Thanks

The link didn't work neither did using the file name. Any other links to this file anywhere? It'll be an interesting makeshift until SU2 arrives.

I believe there may be some question about "copyright issues". I think I read it in the main MS forum. I think it was pulled. John Fitzpatrick
