........but in real life, the B1900D's windows are very dark, so u cannot see much, only the light comming thru the other sides windows, but u can also see a faint passenger or two thru them, very hard to see much from the outside looking in,Matt

It is hard to tell from the screen shots, but the windows are see through (but tinted). There is a full interior on the external model that you can see through the windows and open door. :)VinPMDGwww.precisionmanuals.comhttp://www.vinscimone.com/dancnkid.gifhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/devteam.jpg

Captains-Thought you might enjoy some spy camera footage from a recent flight test at an "Undisclosed Secure Location."Of course we go to great lengths to keep new PMDG products from being seen before "the time is right." But it only stands to reason that few shots should leak out, no?We are about to publish a full announcement with all the product details in the next few days- but figured we'd give all of you PMDG Forum Faithful a sneak peak.... I promised Vin there was no film in the camera- so shhhhhhhhh.......http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/hanged.gifAs you can see, Vin and Bob have teamed up for a beautiful model and artwork once again!http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/avsim/quarter.jpgThanks to some terrific help from Jim here in the forum, Bob was able to do some fantastic work with those exhaust stacks. (Can you believe our new airplane is this dirty already?)http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/avsim/flight.jpgWith a base leg setup like this, you'd expect the perfect landing, no?http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/avsim/base.jpgAs you can see, I'm high and fast yet again.... Somebody get me my 737, please!http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/avsim/lineup.jpgThis is one of the first airplanes from which i've actually enjoyed the Virtual Cockpit.... The more you see of it- the more you'll like it... http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/avsim/final.jpgThis little gem is about to go to testing.... We'll keep you posted.

As stated by PMDG....the 1900D will be model only, no panel. So there isn't away to have the systems because they wouldn't be tied to anything.

a simple question please....beautifull panel as usual for your works, but I think it is not real because b1900 has analaogic eadi and ehsi gauges....however compliments for your work, thank you

The Baggage door by the Tail is what i ment, i have seen ANZ with it and a Nose Door for sumthing being opened while on the Apron waiting for Passegers at NZGS, Gisborne, so i thought it was another Baggage door, Matt

I can assure you that the only baggage door is the rear door. The nose is the avonics bay/gear well.

Hello,First, let me commend you at PMDG on your excellent work. I truly enjoy flying the 737NG and look forward to adding the B1900 to my collection. Could you answer a couple questions:From you site, I see that there will be a 2D panel. How complex are are you planning on making it? Will overhead panel and such be included? Also, I assume (hence your company name) that high-quality manuals will be included. Even though this won't require "study for an ATP exam", I do hope that performance charts (v-speeds, climb/cruise/landing charts, etc) will be included. I love to fly by the numbers! Thanks, and keep up the GREAT work!MarcMarc Gibson

Ok, So what about the options. The B190s that I fly are all equipped with Allied-Signals GNS-XLS 800 Flight Management Systems, TTC-920 TCAS II ver 7.0 displayed on TVI 920, TAWS and GPWS. Looks like a striped down B190 to me. -Ken

B1900? Yuk! Ugly "hunchbacked" looking aircraft IMHO with a not-good (26 hull losses) safety record. How about modelling something attractive like the SAAB 340;-) or even that weird Embraer ERJ thing which looks as though someone has taken bits of a 737,A319 and GIV and then shrunk them before sticking them back together again?RegardsAdam Moorewww.flightpix.tk

There's one major thing I don't like about this model, and it's most likely to late to fix. There's too little headroom. What I mean is that screenshots of your B1900D show that the top of the fuselage isn't high enough. In the attached picture (http://www.airliners.net/open.file/472568/M/) one can see that there is more space above the windows than on your model. Also, I've noticed that the screwdriver tailcone doesn't end flat, it's more rounded at the tip than the real deal (http://www.airliners.net/open.file/476725/M/). What do you guys and gals think?

I Personally dont see anything wrong with the latest pic's on PMDG's Website, these ones on this forum are old and the B1900D has been tweaked alot since then, i think the B1900D is looking good, and doesnt need much done to it, shes looking very good, and I for once dont think the B1900D is ugly at all, shes fast and nice to fly in, the Metro and Shorts are what u call Ugly Aircraft!Matt
