September 11, 200421 yr Hi all,I'm really looking forward to the new PMDG Boeing 747-400, and I would really like to fly it. I only encounter 1 problem. For me it's impossible to fly non-stop, real time from Schiphol (EHAM) to New York (KJFK), is there some way to save my flight? In the PMGD 737NG, if I save the flight and I reload it again, the FMC LEGS page is empty, and all the switches are set to their original pre-flight positions. I know you can save the RTE, but after that, all the speeds and heights are missing, is there a way do improve this on the new 747?Thanks in advance!Michael "Flightfreak" Henke

September 11, 200421 yr That's a great piece of news Lefteris, one of the very few niggles I'm left with in the NG737 after all your team's hard graft. Paul Croft10 miles SE of EGLL Paul Croft 15 mls north of EGKK

September 13, 200421 yr Wow.... Now if they would only implement this great feature into the 737 I would be very happy! :)I just bought the 737 a few weeks ago and I hope the 747 won't be released too soon... ;) I like to have the BEST add-on there is, but I won't have that anymore when the 747 is released, it seems....... I wasn't planning on buying the 747 because I don't have time for long hauls (and cash is always a problem...), but if this save stuff really works... that would be great! Any news on which prices we have to expect for the 747? Still, I love the 737 so... don't want to say goodbye to it. But I never fly two planes at the same time so I will have to make a choice (I always 'give it all' to one plane and go for that one: that's just the way I am...) Don't know BTW what the real differences between te 737 and the 747 are/will be, apart from that the fact that the 747 is bigger...
September 13, 200421 yr Any chance of a retro fit for the NG with this feature :-)Rob Rob GrantCompass Airlines - Stretch Your Wings Australia
